The worst experience I ever had they told me I can do the car detailing and then the car wash outside and my outer car wash was not done properly and it was very hard to figure out which solution is used for the interior so it’s very confusing so they just charged $25 and it’s total mess

First time and not the last. Just stopped for a quick was and was really impressed with everything you offer. A Mrs. Harris welcomed me and sold me on a membership. She was so enthusiastic and she obviously really likes what she does. :) I applauded her work ethic. Nice to see pride in your job. I am very with my new membership.

Lavette is awesome and shines at what she does! She explained the unlimited promo deal, encouraged me to sign up and I did. It's an extremely friendly environment and the wash is so convenient. I love the vacuum stations. Very well organized and well stocked. Lavette even came over to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service ?

Krista was amazing. I went in for a quick wash and ended up signing up for a monthly subscription because of her. I had just left another establishment and had a bad customer service experience and she made me forget all about it by being so genuine. Would definitely recommend this place!

Quick, friendly, and efficient. Those are the words I would use to describe my experiences at Russell Speeder’s Car Wash.I’ve been an unlimited member for months now and I don’t regret signing up for the service. Yes, it’s about $40 a month, but if you visit more than a 3-4 times in a month you will certainly get the value for the price.Every time I approach the kiosk, there is a smiling face that waves hello to me and the staff helps keep the vacuum and detailing area stocked with everything you need to keep your vehicle looking great. They even have freebies at the kiosk gate. Air fresheners, cleaning wipes, and most importantly, doggie treats for your fur baby. How nice is that?!?Also, the unlimited car wash pass is actually unlimited. You can run your vehicle through the wash as many times in a day you’d like. I know other car wash places use the word unlimited, but you’re “limited” to one wash per day.If you’re looking for a place to wash and clean your vehicle, try Russell Speeder’s Car Wash. You’ll be glad you did!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed right from the moment I arrived.I didn't have to wait for a long time, and the whole process was quick without sacrificing quality. I don’t often posts reviews, but I was compelled to do so today. The entire staff at the Milford 2 location of Russell Speeder’s Car Wash is awesome—from the greeters, to the tunnel attendants (love the music), to the on-site crew, all the way up to the General Manager. They are warm, fun, have great energy, and make what can sometimes be a mundane task enjoyable! That’s what great service is all about! Keep up the great work, guys! ??????

The best car wash place in Ct by far . Love that when you are going to the place you do not need to pack any accessories. All is there for you as a reward member. A big shout out to Mr Finn. I had trouble with my card transaction and he made sure it was perfectly resolved with no issue. Followed up to make sure my account was credited. Just had my second vehicle added to my plan now . Very friendly staff. Thanks guys .

I go to Speeder's Car Wash of Milford 2 often and recently had a concern with an issue with my car after a wash. Not sure what caused it but Speeders had me come back the next day for a complete detail of the exterior. Went way beyond my expectations and did an amazing job rectifying the situation. Awesome customer experience and all handled by Finn, manager at this location. He went above and beyond. Thank you to the Speeder's team!! :)Services: Polishing

I went to this location over the weekend and was very impressed with their service. I met the manager Finn. He and the young lady were so friendly and they even gave me an air freshener for my car. It’s so refreshing to meet a manager/owner of the location that still goes above and beyond to please a guest, especially with all the negativity Covid has brought to the work force. Finn definitely went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with the service here! Thank god there’s a few good ones left!

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, worker named Bryan and Maddie had no issue showing me which package would work the best for me. The actual car wash was impressive. My car came out looking brand new, with not a speck of dirt or grime left behind. The attention to detail was evident, as even the hard-to-reach spots were spotless. The interior cleaning was equally thorough, and my car smelled fresh and clean.Services: Clay bar treatment
