Today I had an 830am appointment to get my Winter stock wheels put back on and my summer wheels taken off. I also needed an oil change. They let me know my front break needed to be done so I had them do my brake pads. My 2017 Lexus IS 300 has 21,490 miles so I only had them do my brake pads instead of both Pads and Rotors. As usual I was finished by 1045. Pretty quick if you ask me considering. I also forgot my stock lugs at home so I had them order new ones. I go out totaling $478.00! Not too bad and they did a great job! I have going there. Before Elaine bought the business. Great customer service and wonderful quality of work. Highly recommended!Services: Tires

Took my car in for an a/c problem. Didn’t have an appointment but Alain was able to take the car & fixed the issue the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was after I explained the issues. I’ve been to other places where they weren’t sure what was wrong & just guessed at it. They called to let me know what they found & the price before doing the job. Alain and Amanda were amazing when working with me on a fix to my Toyota. Was able to explain my issue and they got me in for an appointment sooner than expected. Explained everything to me in detail throughout the process and were very personable and professional. I highly recommend Rogers Automotive.

I brought my jeep grand Cherokee in to this business on 6/23 for an oil change and to replace the ac. The communication from the start was poor, and it took until Tuesday 6/27 to even get an estimate. Once I got the estimate, they explained that the housing for the oil needed to be replaced and they needed a part for the ac. The car was supposed to be ready yesterday. Right before I was supposed to pick it up, they call and say the AC needs to be completely taken apart which would be an extra $2000 on top of everything else. This was completely misleading, as the agreement was for fixing the ac and the oil. I’m left with a car with no air conditioning and it barely even started when I took it out of the shop. Not only that, but the check engine light is on, which wasn’t even there when I took it in. I feel like this business engaged in intentional misleading practices in order to squeeze extra money out of me. If the ac was going to be that much work and cost, they should have told me that up front and conveyed that in the estimate. Yet, they charged me over $700 for labor. I would recommend going somewhere else with your business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

No one in line to get admissions test told me 15min after waiting 20 went in and they said they were going to get someone to do it right away. After waiting 15 min the girl behind the desk went out to her car I said something to her which she pretended not to hear but did. I left and will never go back
