Nice big suites which is exactly what we were looking for. A TV in the living room and bedroom with a door that closes in-between rooms.A full kitchen and fridge. A little tricky to get to at first bc its behind another hotel but this makes for a very safe and very quiet stay. It was a full house this weekend and I rarely heard any of our neighboros.You can also smell the breakfast cooking from your bedroom in the mornings. Which was nice to wake up to the smell of bacon :)Troy at the breakfast area is fantastic and the food was hot and delicious. He was kind and orderly and kept the place very clean. The ladies at the front desk all week were super kind.The mattress was harder than Im use to but my hubby slept good. The pillow are down feathers but they do have foam pillows on request which is more comfy to me.

can't put any review in Tripadvisor for unknow strange reason, tried and failed several times. But i really want to say somethkng good for this hotel. It is a well managed hotel. The service is good, the staff are good. Troy is the best breakfast service supervisor, April and Rebecca at front desk are always warm. The house keeper do their job the best. The manager is always listening. Thank you all, for you nice work!Food & drinks: breakfast service is great!

I wish the room didn't smell like wet dog and the long black hair wasn't on the floor in the bathroom. I think it's grossest when a bathroom isn't properly cleaned.Needless to say the room was less the man desirable.Rooms: The view is of the parking lot on one side and the other side of the building is storage units.Safety: You don't need a room key to use the elevator's

The woman who greeted us at night was wonderful. We had a laundry emergency with our baby and she was on it to help us get it taken care of. Mr. Troy at breakfast was so kind and patient but runs a tight ship. The ladies at reception, also very kind and professional, were mingling with everyone. It felt as if we all were our own little community coming together in the morning. 10/10 recommend. This was a choice for us originally being a military friendly hotel. Now it's our choice because of the amazing staff and good night sleep we all got.

I just recently stayed at RI in Milford with my three grandchildren. The 2 bdrm. suite couldn't have been more perfect. The room(s), the facilities, the grounds, and the pool are all beautifully maintained. It's also a pet-friendly hotel with doggie treats waiting at the lobby entry. What makes this hotel stand out from others is the staff! I've traveled a lot, and I've never encountered a friendlier and more helpful group of professionals. The chef in the morning greeted everyone with joyful smile and went the extra mile to see that the children had what they wanted to start their day. Location! It's close to everything: shopping, I95, Milford Green, the beach... I'd give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

This was one of the worst marriott properties I have ever stayed at. The whole hotel smells of pet urine and is even stronger in the room. They are short staff and some of the staff is very rude. Rooms not cleaned and no hot water for a morning shower. Only warm water at night.

Hidden gem! Clean, up-to-date, large rooms. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Perfect stop for the family on our way from Boston to NYC. Near the freeway but without the noise.

Rooms were spacious and clean as expected but the hotel staff was exceptional! Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable - top notch customer service all around by everyone we encountered. Kitchen staff was also extremely friendly and went above and beyond.

Very nice staff (Rebecca and Avril are fantastic), clean hotel, and spacious rooms.I enjoyed the layout of the room and the spaciousness of the lobby and breakfast area.They are pet friendly and offer doggy treats at the front entrance as you enter the lobby.

What an amazing holiday stay. The staff are outstanding! Troy was taking good care of us with delicious hot breakfast daily! Making fresh scrambled eggs and making sure things were clean and well kept throughout the breakfast rush! The hotel was very clean, updated and festive for a holiday stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us comfotable and they are all super nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

I spent extra for a Marriott and it was a sleepless night. The hotel is fine and room was clean. It abuts a storage facility and my luck is was the end of the month so people were coming at all hours to get their stuff out. The worst part is the highway was close and the windows did not block any of the sounds. I could hear all the big trucks downshifting all night long. It was so bad I started counting the trucks. If you stay here make sure you get a room facing the parking lot and not the highway. the

If I could leave a ZERO star I would:1) The units A/C and heater were not working, they did not have a lead time as to when they'll be able to resolve it and their only solution was to move us to a different suite.2) The doors for the closet were basically falling apart3) The gentleman serving breakfast would throw the food basically in our face, he would roll his eyes and cuss us out if we were to ask him a simple question4) room service is every "3 days". The were off by two days as we were only able to receive service every 5 days, thats IF they remembered to come by5) They OVERCHARGED our accounts with multiple security deposits that would be "refunded" 7-14 days after leaving, its been over 3 months now and I haven't received it back (over $1k in additional charges). Instead they tell me to contact my bank (which is not the issue)6) Some of the staff members brush you and give you an enormous amount of attitude, cleaners leave the units dirty!!!!!!I would suggest you STAY AWAY from this location!
