Blake Arruda is a fantastic, well versed realtor. He will make sure the home you find is the one for you. He wasn’t pushing every home we toured, didn’t always recommend making offers either. I trusted his judgment and he steered me in the right direction. Blake made sure i was advocated for the entire transaction, made sure my voice was heard. I highly recommend Blake for any real estate transactions you may have. I will be using him in the future!

My husband and I used Frank and Blake to sell our large waterfront home in Milford and to purchase our next home, a condo in Shelton. The sale of the waterfront property in Milford was amazing! House sold in 6 days! Everything went smoothly from negotiations to closing. The purchase of the condo needed some quick moving negotiations and Frank and Blake made it happen. We are grateful for their support, experience and commitment in helping us move into the next chapter of our lives.

I worked with Blake to find a house. He was younger, but had lots of energy and years of experience. He took the time to understand the systems of a house, and could tell you things, like how old the HVAK system was, for example. I could always expect a fast reply if I sent him a text.After getting skunked a few times making offers (this market is a rough one for buyers), I sent Blake 12 homes I wanted to see. He organized the times, and we hit them all in one day as I requested! I was shot by the end of the day, and leaned in and said to him, “ That was a lot!” He agreed, then showed me for the first time that entire day a slight hint of fatigue. He spent that evening drafting an offer letter, and it took! I have no doubt he would have gone back out the next day if we needed….the man’s a beast!He came recommended by my sister in law. He helped them buy a house. If I knew someone tomorrow looking to buy a home in CT, I’d tell them to give Blake a call.
