THE percentage of realtors do not make it past the first five years. As stated, Jill Taylor has OVER 16-plus years experience. The housing market at this time has been quite difficult (understatement). Jill's diligence, her professionalism, empathy, honesty, helped us to not give up hope. With her perseverance we are now first time homeowners. Many homes that we were looking at during these difficult times of house hunting, many, and I mean many homes that we put bids on, were purchased greatly over the asking. She kept all in perspective. She was straightforward. She kept us calm. She found us THE right ONE. I greatly question the individual who on their review said they have a family realtor. Why did they not have them help. It makes no sense. It makes no sense for statement only for a 'quick sale'. We, not for one moment, believe desperation. Ms. Taylor's great record, great reviews, proves otherwise. We know first hand, as well as themany...I personally, 1,000%,recommend her. Great job Ms. Taylor.
