Agree with many of the prior reviews. Would recommend Ray’s Autobody to anyone. Very professional and talked you through the process and possible hurdles. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and cares about making people happy with his work. From what I’ve been told by one dealer is that he’s also the go-to shop for many of the area dealers that don’t do their own bodywork. Very telling.

Don't waste your time going to Ray's. I stopped by today to get a painting estimate on my antique truck. Ray made a face like he ate a lemon and said "I am not interested in *THAT*". What he referred to as *THAT* is a truck that's very dear to me and my family and I've been spending a fortune to restore it to keep it in my family for more generations. I am glad he refused, I wouldn't want someone as rude and unprofessional work on a bumper dent, and especially not on a full paint job that I am ready to spend thousands on.

Ray and his team were amazing!! Ray kept me in the loop with updates and how I would like to proceed. I really appreciated that. There was no pushing one way or the other what to do with my vehicle. Ray is personable and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable. If I ever need an auto-body shop in the future this is where I will go. My vehicle looks amazing. Thank you again Ray and your team!!!

i had some dents and scratches which I went in to have fixed. Everythinng was fixed ok, however, when I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy inside, there was paint splatter on the windshield and the logo sticker on my lift gate had been scratched off. When I pointed these issues out to Ray, he denied fault and insisted that "his guys" couldn't have left the car in such a condition. I'd taken pictures immediately after picking up my car and had picturea of it before too. He still said "not my problem" and refused to have "his guys" fix what they'd done. They did wipe the inside out but wouldn't fix anything else. He needs to keep a better eye on "his guys." Bad customer service and little accountability.

Rays Auto Body is without question the best I have ever used for automobile body repair. Ray has one overriding principle that he applies to his business; the customer is always number one. That being said once the vehicle is in Ray’s possession he takes care of absolutely every detail; from negotiation with insurance company representatives to making sure that your vehicle is repaired properly. I note in looking at various reviews of other customers that Ray receives 5 stars from all but one customer who rates his business at a 4 star review. For that reason I’m giving Ray an unsolicited review of 6 stars so his average is now 5 stars for over 40 different customer reviews.

Ray and his team took such good care of me after a recent accident. It was minor, but Ray took the time to go through the entire process with insurance, billing every step of the way.
