Had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment before being taken in. After that, it took another 20 minutes for the blood draw. The phlebotomist took so long with information intake/labels that we had to get moved to a different room. She forgot to draw blood for the last vial so she had to reinsert the needle. She caused bruising and cut my arm, which took six hours to clot. Never returning to this Quest location again.

I went to the Milford Quest with my disabled mother in law for blood work.I had never been to this location previously.My first impression was very positive-it was more modern and seemed more hygienic than other locations.The staff was undergoing training on the day we were there.They had new sign in technology also.(So easy!)We were greeted warmly and she was taken in on time.The phlebotomist was professional and incredibly caring.It was a 5 star experience from start to finish!

The employees here spend more time hanging out, laughing and walking back and forth more than anything else. There’s no reason why with an appointment you’re still waiting 30-60 minutes for routine bloodwork. I’ve visited several Quests in the area and never had this problem. It completely defeats the point of making the appointment. This location was just under renovation for months and the waiting area was cut in more than half - I’d hope this would be to provide more drawing rooms and maybe even have more employees but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

I've been going to quest for over 20 years and maybe once I had an experience of waiting for staff to arrive in the morning other than that never had a problem.

Came here to get blood work done for Optimus. My blood work has apparently been lost by quest Diagnostics as well as my urine test. Four viles of blood. Have to get all these tests redone because of Quest Diagnostics. Don't go here if you need tests done as I hear I am not the first with this issue.

I had made an appointment at this location online however when I got there and signed in it could not find my appointment so I was placed on the wait list. Wilma was kind enough to come out and help me sign in and make an appointment unfortunately it would be for 10:40, she said not to worry she would take me early. Unfortunately before Wilma could call me in another technician called me first, . I could see from the start she was not in a good mood. Not even a good morning how are you today. I thought she was very rude and unprofessional.When I tried to kid around with her to make her smile she seemed to get more rude and asked Wilma to draw my blood. I told her thank you. I was never treated so nasty at a medical facility. If you are in a bad mood Please leave it at home.

Today, I had an excellent experience at this location. The phlebotomist Carleen (or Colleen?) was friendly and very conscientious. She patiently deciphered the doctor’s notes, and took great care inputting and conveying information to the lab to ensure specialized tests would be administered correctly. Thank you so much!!

If I could give them a zero I would. The staff has no customer service skills. I had an appt yesterday. Checked in it wouldn't scan my insurance. Ok I get in the woman takes my insurance info then starts asking me questions about what gender I wS assigned at birth, totally irrelevant to the routine bloodwork I was there and private info I told her was not her business to ask. Well then she starts asking me for money, I told her my ins doesn't have you pay up front. She leaves gets some other poorly trained rep who asks for my insurance card AGAIN. No explanation and I was told no blood draw until I paid. I have been to this lab earlier this year and they had my info on file. What they were asking for was actually paid for by the ins. I called their cs today let them know why I won't be coming back and they told me I have a zero balance, the money came yesterday! So now wad I being scammed? Who knows, but since this is the 2nd time this has happened with Quest it has to be how they train their people and if their training includes how to incompetent well they've done a great job. I'm not sticking around to find out, going g to another lab to get my routine bloodwork done.

Don’t give them your (or your insurances) business! This place is a joke and should be closed down. I’ve had to get blood drawn weekly due to a recent illness and I’ve made an appointment every visit. Each time I have waited 30-45 minutes before being called. Today I waited 45 minutes and not a single person in the jam packed waiting room was called. With that, the staff is super rude and obnoxious.

I had a very bad experience when I went there this past Tuesday. After fasting for my blood work, arranging for transportation, waiting even though I had appointment, and making it to the chair the phelabotimist demanded a $40.00 payment. I don't have a copay. I didn't have that much money, only my ids. So now I have to go outside the city for blood work that is needed for an endocrinologist and other Drs. and have to go through fasting all over again. She said there was no one else to talk to so will vent here and to my insurance company.

this is the worst quest diagnostics place I been to . Scanner were not working , staff was rude , staff made me type in everything when I'm not new to here. While others she's taking in without no paper or not even showing an id just a name. I had an appointment which they say they is priority. People were walking thru the door and was getting called . I waited 1hour & 15 mins with a appointment before 9am . the room was empty and they still didn't call me the staff was unpleasant I seen 3 walk ins get upset over an empty room and still not be called after being there for 1 hr before 8am . staff was over heard talking about patients in the waiting room .

If you can possibly avoid it, don't go to a Quest lab. Every single employee is rude, arrogant and doesn't deserve a job. Physicians referring patients to this organization should be looking elsewhere. What on earth are they doing hiring such a low-class company with such ignorant employees?
