78 Broad St, Milford“Harry was once Shoprites National Sustainable Director. I'm not sure if he still is.
He did an amazing job of reducing energy use and saving money. He walked the talk. He's a born leader.
He generously took the time out to teach me how to better communicate with businesses. I was a better sustainability advocate thanks to Harry's generosity and patience. Harry exemplifies the meaning of community spirit! Thanks Harry!
I shop there!”

Can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. I am constantly urging my friends and family to switch to Genoa. The staff is AMAZING, and thank you Theresa for always brightening my mood with candy. This place is like a dream come true. No more waiting in ridiculous lines at CVS, waiting for hours on the phone just to talk to someone, or getting the wrong medications. Gone are the days of stressful prescription management. Genoa is a remarkable and truly one-of-a-kind pharmacy, which we really needed after the pandemic. This hidden gem also has multiple locations. They are EXTREMELY responsive, keep you up to date, and know who you are the second you call. I think I've only been put on hold once and it was for like 5 seconds. When you call, someone answers RIGHT AWAY. And they are always PLEASANT. They know exactly what to do and the right answers to give. Everything is cut and dry without the confusion and hassle of these mega-pharmacies who treat customers like numbers. Not at Genoa. They know all their customers. I even enjoy a quick chat with a pharmacist here and there when I call. And for the best part, SHIPPING. My meds are shipped once a month and they come all together in a package that fits in my mailbox. You can also have them delivered to you personally by one of the delivery drivers as long as you're willing to wait a day or two to receive your meds (sometimes they can deliver same-day, it all depends on their delivery driver). I'm too far away for delivery now but most people can find a Genoa close enough to deliver. The only problem with delivery is that you have to sign for it if you have any controlled substances being delivered. BUT I found an AMAZING work-around!! If you have a USPS account you can sign up for something called Informed Delivery, which keeps you updated on the mail you receive at your specified address. Essentially, you can preview every piece of mail that's being delivered to your address, even days before it arrives. Like they scan a photo of each mail piece so you can see the front of the envelope but that's all. You will also be able to view packages that are on their way to your address. When Genoa ships your meds, the package information and delivery date should appear, along with regular updates about its movements. You can sign up for text alerts for a specific package, otherwise you just have to keep an eye on it. If you don't automatically see a package under "Packages" on the informed delivery home page, you can call Genoa and get the tracking number.
Now, bear with me as I am almost done. When you sign up for informed delivery, there is an option to create and use an online signature. You will have to sign a document with the signature consenting to the use of it. You can change your signature at any time if you don't like the way it looks, but it honestly doesn't matter. All that matters is that your signature is now in the system. ONCE YOUR MEDS ARE SHIPPED PAY ATTENTION TO THE STATUS ON YOUR INFORMED DELIVERY PAGE. Once the package is at a later stage in its journey (i.e. arrives at local post office, or is out for delivery) you will see an option to apply your online signature, and with the click of a button, you've now signed for your meds without having to meet the mailman at all. While this sounds complicated, it's actually quite easy once you use it.
In conclusion, life is just better with Genoa. I will never regret my decision to stick with them nor will I ever switch because they represent the way all pharmacies should operate. I've never been treated better than I am at Genoa. I mean try and find another pharmacy that puts candy in your medication bags. Every month I open my package to candy. And the welcome letter you receive when starting at Genoa is absolutely adorable and extremely though”

1191 Boston Post Rd, Milford“Laura, I am pretty sure that was her name, was extremely helpful and efficient. While in town on vacation, I realized that I had left my RX at home. Based on the google rating I contacted this CVS location and 1 hour later I had my RX. Laura demonstrated why they get 5 stars. Helpful, fast and funny. Thanks again Laura.”
“I just went to pick up my scripts but only 1 inhaler was ready. Was in a bit of a hurry and asked if I could get the two l ordered. She graciously added the second one with out having to wait an additional 15 minutes. A big shout out to Gina and the entire staff behind the counter. Thank you.”

734 Bridgeport Ave, Milford“I take 16 prescriptions a month and get the excellent service here at this CVS. And u can believe me when I say great service. I’ve used over 5 different pharmacies in milford and this crew is far and away the best! Thank you CVS. It’s so nice not to have to worry about my meds. Great work!!!”
“I love COSTCO. However, do NOT attempt to go there on a Saturday. It is insanely busy, and the parking lot is a mess! With that said, Costco always has the best snacks and clothing, and I love their wine! Plan to spend $$$ when you come here. They have a lot of good deals on things you didn't know you even needed, LOL! The cashires are always so friendly and nice, even though the lines are outrageous, oh and make sure to stop at the food court on your way out for a yummy snack; the pizza, churro, or soft serve ice cream are my favs!”
“First time in this Walgreens. I went in for a covid vaccine on Friday morning. This was a lot for the staff to handle, people coming every 15 minutes. Paperwork to check and correct, after shot monitoring etc.. The staff was wounderful. Helpful, friendly and doing their best to keep things on time. The pharmacist, Eleana, who was giving shots and overseeing the whole thing was friendly and efficient, a truly sweet person. Great experience at Walgreens. Thank you for providing this so important service.”

734 Bridgeport Ave, Milford“Great quick in and out location. Usually one register open. Good selections on makeup but stock sometimes limited in color ranges. Receipts insanely long for no reason. They need to stop printing 4' of paper for one item. Tidy shop. Prices seem to vary between different locations I've noticed. My baby cat is farting in my living room so I cannot concentrate. It's a good store. Omg the smell is killing me. Good holiday items and clothing too. Discounted items should be gone through. Discounted shouldn't mean broken beyond repair. Some items are just garbage being sold for no reason. So that needs to be managed better.”
“Raj the Pharmacist is absolutely amazing and a great human! Helped me with my newly diagnosed diabetes and even called me to follow up! The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful! Love them!!
Update - they helped me again with insurance issues!!! They are amazing!!! Love
Love love them!!!”
“This review is for Mark in the pharmacy department. I am from out of state and needed a refill for an asthma inhaler. I originally went to the other store in Milford the day before. Did not tell me it was out of stock and would not get til Monday. Went to this store and Mark made sure I had it before 6 pm on Friday”
