Pay monthly for car wash but they are never open. Management is awful they can't keep staff thier. Couldn't get my car washed at all not even once during April because they were not open. Today I went and they weren't washing windows or vacuuming due to lack of staff, but they charge me for vacuuming and windows so I don't get it they take my money for services they can't provide.

I bought the platinum package & they didn't even vacuum the inside of the car. I will probably cancel my monthly subscription.

This place is terrible. Used to be good but went down hill with new owners. Wash breaks down often. Place is closed. Employees are miserable and often fighting. Wash is never cleaned so scratches on brand new car. Cancelled monthly service after years of patronage.

This establishment has deteriorated tremendously since the change of management. I will never go there again.I went in for an outside wash only because they do not clean the inside as they should.First, there were only two cars waiting in front of me and while there was one already in the bay, I waited a full twenty three minutes to move into the bay.I had specifically asked that they DO NOT touch the inside of my windows and asked that no one touch the inside of the vehicle.When I came out there was the “cashier” doing the inside front windshield. Do they not understand “do not touch” the inside. She made a mess and the windows were streaky. I had to do them myself when I got home which is difficult for me since I am a disabled sr. Citizen.The two men at the entrance need to put down their cell phones, pull up their pants and take care of the customers. Twenty three minutes wait time is unacceptable.

Back of car not vaccumed. Back window spotted with dirt- couldn't see out of. My 2 hanging car sents thrown on floor. Passenger seat so far forward couldn't move. Drivers seat all the way back. Wouldn't recommend. Not worth $21.

Unprofessional from beginning to end. Terrible personalities from everyone. Miserable environment. Treat customers poorly. Service provided is substandard on every level. Will never be back or recommend.

I went to personal touch car wash yesterday afternoon. After the car wash my car seem dirtier than it was before. the inside had a dirty spot behind the driver side Head rest. The council was filthy I asked them to make sure things were clean I got a gold car wash which cost me $24 I might as well throw the money in the garbage if you can't want your car washed I guess you got to do it yourself!

I had used this place for about 20 years and was always pleased with their service and professional staff. Things have changed. An oil change takes much longer than it used to and on my most recent visit the oil change shop wasn’t staffed at all. I was told someone would be there to help me in 10 minutes, waited and they never came back. Never again! I’ll support other local businesses that actually care.

When I got there, it took 33 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge/speak to me and that was only because I finally interrupted the guy talking to someone else. At least say someone will be with you or hello or something ! Very rude, very unprofessional, and didn't even put air in my tires. Also, this is the 3rd time I came here this week. The first time they said no one was here to do oil changes. Even though that's the only thing they do here besides wash your car. The 2nd time after waiting 15mins someone finally came over to me and let me know that the guy that does oil changes was on lunch. If this is a place your suppose to be able to get an oil change done shouldn't there be more than one person that knows how to actually do an oil change ??? This place sucks

I don't understand all of the bad reviews. I just signed up for the monthly package and have used it three times already. Each car wash is great! My windows, including the front windshield, have never been cleaner. The vacuum cleaning has complete coverage. My car is spotless when done. I'm very pleased and satisfied with Personal Touch Car Wash so far. I started going here after my normal car wash that I visited for years went completely downhill after some major service changes. I highly recommend Personal Touch Car Wash.

I have been going to this car wash at 1020 Bridgeport Ave. Milford Ct for 13 years .When I first used them they had a hard working crew.All Spanish Crew but they were on point.On Thursday Nov 5 2020 I went to get a car wash and one of the 5 workers robbed a hand full of change out of my car.They probably stole about $15.I didn't realize it until an hour later when I went for my hat which was covering my solo cup full of change .A Real petty theif.Everyone of them look shaddy.I will be going back to have my say with the owner.It was once a great place to get a wash but the owner must have got cheap because he lost all his good steady staff .Now he has a bunch of bum's and a petty thief.If you go take all your valuables better yet find another place ..

Poir treatment, have a brand new car, electric blue, they leave wet spots on it& when it dries looks terrible like drips& marks, so everytime i go i say dont forget thus spot ir that spot? Guy blew up at me name was L. Reed ast manager... Curtiss on vacation. Bad temper!! Been going there since 16 yrs old, im 60 now.. Never been talked to like that in my life, my family members go there too. So big bussiness! I got so upset i quit again second time.. Im an easy going disable lady always tip& always sweet, have bad asthma& copd... Dont need stress at the car wash!!
