The website and sign on door says 830am drive thru opens. Well its 852am on april 24th and drive thru is not open.

Always a pleasant place to do business. They utilizetheir drive thrus quickly and as efficiently as they can, dealing with anything from easy transactions to what I would call very difficult and demanding transactions. Sorry they were bought out. Never want to hear about an old established institution going away, but I guess time moves on. Hope they don't do a major change in people. They have groups of people that work well together in certain locations and should be left alone. Best of luck on the merging!

Staff needs to be better trained on how to not say customers transaction amounts and personal information out loud around other bystanders, pretty common sense in these times we’re living in….at least you would think.

Great bank that I've been with for many years. Great location and love that they have so many drive thru lanes.Everyone is always friendly and professional..Inside is always clean, welcoming and professional as well.Helpful when needed and never a negative experience.A bank I like a lot and recommend.

Can I give zero stars? I'm talking about the whole institution, not this branch, but it's the one I go to, so. I ve have more problems with Peoples in the past few years than with any other entity, and that includes cable. Many dont know what the he ll they're doing. Constant troubles with their policies to the point where they locked my account after I tried to cash a large CASHIERS check (which the sum of my accounts covered) from Chase bank that was my deceased father's IRA! It took me a week to get it unlocked. Now these jack as ses want to charge me 3 bucks a month to mail a checking statement to my home. I've been a customer for 40 years and that's how they treat me? So I was forced to open an online account that I didnt want in the first place to avoid the fees and of course locked out again! Plus they want to charge 10 bucks for a cashiers check now! Sorry but no. Withdrawing all my assets and going to B of A. I recommend you all do the same

I went into this bank for a transfer and the banker, Marquis helped me enroll into a Student Plus Account, so I would not have to pay the unnecessary service charge fees. He was really helpful, concise and funny. I felt like I was talking to one of my friends! Thank you Marquis

Absolutely awful. Lied to on the phone multiple times. Doesn't matter that I've been a customer for almost 20 years. Fall on hard times and your friendly local bank is right there to make it harder for you.

stay away! this scam i s run by elan financial services, they did a hard pull on my credit then denied me for no valid reason, and wont send the reason rob stated to me on the phone in writing, because it is against banking policies, discriminatory and predatory financial service. they are not a bank! i have a suffolk county national bank account since 1994, why did they let peoples united buy them out? im disgusted, lets get a class action suit and get them shut down now! rob was rude and had a bad attitude, they have no idea what they are doing, supervisor oyins was not helpful either, she probably gave me wrong address to write to the president, of what??? scammers!!!

I visited this branch at the end of June to order some checks, which should have been a simple process. I was told the checks would be free because of my account type. Was told to expect the checks in the mail in about 3 weeks, but after 4 weeks they still hadn't arrived. Went back to the branch, and the employee noted that the order had never actually gone through. But that she would re-order them with a rush this time and I'd get them in 3 days. Ok, great. Checks finally arrived. But a week later I got a charge for $43 for these "free" checks that took me a total of 5 weeks to receive! Will not return to this branch if something this simple caused so much stress.

I opened up my first checking account here and I had a great experience. Felicity was patient and went out of her way to make sure I understood everything. I've e-mailed her a few times with questions and she always responds in a timely manner and explains everything to me. I'm very happy I chose People's.
