stole $2500 out of my business checking. has been over 30 days since the money m&t was holding went missing, they denied the claim and refuse to provide any proof. The wokers at this location are dismal at best , no one has any clue how to do their jobs. the manager Clarissa Vargas hides in her office and refuses to help customers in need, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. This bad relationship ended with us suing M&t for loosing our money

Seems like every 2-3 weeks someone in my household has their debit card hacked and waits for a new card!! I have had a credit union for years and not once had anyone hack my card! Seems like m and t bank doesn’t have anything in place to prevent this from happening multiple times! Avoid banking here and also chase bank of Milford is even worse!!

Made me run around unnecessarily to gather documents that by law are not required. Complete waste of time.

"Call the 1800 number" or "sorry I can't help you" is all you will hear from them.

The worst customer service, the 3rd time I’ve tried to set up an appointment, and every time I’m sent to another location, explained didn’t have a car, was limited for time. This location on Broad St I can walk to. Why have that you can set up an appointment ahead of time. My family has been using your bank for 20 years plus, really thinking about leaving. Thank you a angry customer

After calling 5 or 6 banks, this appears to be the only bank to have free coin exchange. This was exactly what I was looking for, and I wish my bank did the same. We are visiting family here, and my grandmother gave us a bucket of coins. We are traveling back to Texas, and it would impossible to bring it all back, and everywhere else either won't do it unless wrapped, or charges a fee.
