I called on friday and made an appointment for Monday morning (9-1) to fix my window. I took a vacation day from work so I could be here. At 9:15 monday morning, I got a phone call saying they don’t service my town anymore. After inquiring a little further, the salesman said they “don’t do RI anymore”. Yet, it’s all over their website that they do. Not happy that i was able to book an appointment and use a vacation day and then not receive the service I needed. Someone needs to get their act together!

Outstanding service from start to finish... I was having a nightmare of a time dealing with a leaking rear window installed by someone else and Jimmy from the Hamden location went outside of the spectrum of glass replacement technician and went Sherlock Holmes on the issue. Needless to say; they fixed my problem; replaced the seal and saved the glass so I didn't have to pay extra to get my tint replaced. The managers made sure I was well informed throughout the entire process; the staff was very professional and went out of their way to make me happy customer. Payless Auto Glass in Hamden, CT is an absolute gem!!!

Payless came to my home today and reattached my rearview mirror that had fallen off Sunday. Courteous and fast service. They are located in Hartford and I recommend them highly.

I had a windshield replaced about a year ago and today I had a small crack repaired. As always Payless was fast friendly and affordable! I highly recommend to anyone in need of these services.
