They sold us a car full price not as is many things were wrong with it. They did fix some of them, but still waiting two months to get additional part. I called the manager. I called the service people know when returned your car. They are a bait and switch operation, surprised that they have such a good business.

I went to test drive 3 cars and met up with a sales person who kept saying he been in the business for 9yrs and went to look at altima's SR two were different with turbo fwd and other no turbo less horsepower and. I wanted to test drive both and the salesperson said no to me, only one. So I was already given the. 1 strike I picked the awd and I was going solo for the test drive because I knew the area well he join instead in the drive. When we pulled out he wanted where he wanted to go, and it was short and couldn't get a good ride. Then we pulled in, and then the next car I wanted to drive was a rogue. The salesman passed me off to a new salesman because he had to do something. The new guy was new and didn't know anything about the car. The rogue I was drive the hood kept flapping on the highway and when it came to park the reverse gear wouldn't shift so the rookie said he can do it but he couldn't untill we got a management outside and parked it. To new shifter, you have to press a button and move it all the way up. I was done with rogue and not fan. Then the rookie took me to kia Napoli, and we tested drive a new seltos but wasn't a fan of it. The seat was high, and the dashboard was low. It's a great car for someone height is 5'5 and shorter.

I'm updating this review yet again to give kudos to the service department. Specifically to a worker by the name of Junior. Extremely nice and helpful guy who has customer service nailed.

This is the second time in 3 months I filled out the on line service request form and no one from the service department has contacted me to complete the scheduling. My thought is if they are inefficient in the scheduling department they are probably inefficient with the servicing of the vehicle. I will try another auto repair shop.

Purchased a used car from them that needed a new engine after 1 full day of having it. They never gave me a comparable rental car as I'm a family of 6 and they gave me a 5 seater.Spoke with the general manager who said it would be taken care of then went back on his word. When I cancelled the extended warranty they told me 4-6 weeks for it to be processed. That was 7-8 weeks ago. I had the car for 1 day and over 2 months later they still have it meaning my 60 day warranty is expired and they won't do anything about it. I can't say anything about others experiences but this was mine. Zero communication as well. someone last spoke to me in the beginning of November. I have no idea what's even going on at this point or possibly how much longer I'll be waiting.

This dealership is completely unreliable. I purchased hey vehicle at least two other vehicles from Napoli Nissan and when it came time to turn in the lease they were completely unwavering. I ended up going to another dealership called out my lease and save $3000 on a new Nissan. Are use them to service my vehicle because of convenience and they used to be terrific however in the last six months every single time I've brought my vehicle in they have failed to deliver on the timing for the service expectations I have grown a custom to. On this particular day I had a deadline and I was promised a car prior to 10 AM the car was ready at 10 AM which place to be in a position of missing my deadline for another appointment. It is truly a disappointment what has happened to the service department because I would never recommend the sales department but I always recommend at the service department however not anymore.

Horrible experience with this dealership. They rushed through every process. They showed my finance breakdown on one piece of paper and had me sign another. Do not trust their financing. They tacked on a service contract without telling me the cost or options. Also advertised the car for lower rate after I purchased to draw in people. I got steamrolled and taken. I called within my legal rights to cancel the contract and was told I couldn't. Go to Miller Nissan and Fairfield and save yourself the stress.
