I had the misfortune of blowing off the outer thread of my rear tire on I95. Fortunately for myself it was near an exit which took me to this location. The mechanic or maybe the owner was unable to find a tire so instead took the spare tire off the rim and put it on my chrome rim and was on my way in no time. I had to force to give him money because he refused to charge me

I've been in here multiple times for big and little jobs on my GMC. Staff is professional, friendly, and I'd be hard pressed to take my vehicle anywhere else. Patrick and his team are fantastic, never leave me guessing on the work done, and compared to other places I feel the pricing is fair. Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent work ,,I go there two times. 1st time I change my four breaks two months ago,Few days ago I went second time.That's time my tire flat.They check and finish very nicely within 10 minutes.
They do job very carefully ,and nice communicate with customers.

I have been going here for years and have almost always had a very good experience but they have gotten even better recently. I stopped in yesterday as a check engine light came on and I am supposed to be heading on vacation tomorrow. The technician spent 30 minutes going over the vehicle, cleared the issue, explained to me what to do if it recurred and then refused to accept any payment! My wife stopped in earlier the same day as her tire was losing air. Different technician found a nail in the tire, removed the nail, patched the tire and also said it was complimentary! We will definitely be back. As a side note, I also love that they have Sunday hours as I can’t get in during the week and Saturdays often aren’t long enough to get all the errands done. Thank you again for all of your help!

Only service center I could find on a Saturday morning that was willing to fit me in. Glad they did. Quick fix and out the door in the same day. Highly recommended.

I stopped in to Monro with an issue with my tire. They took care of it quickly and Clayton provided great customer service. I recommend Monro In Milford, ask for Clayton!

I was visiting CT from about 3.5 hrs away, and unfortunately my tire light kept coming on during my drive there. Knowing I had a long drive back, and knowing absolutely nothing about cars, I put in directions to the closet repair shop and landed here. And thank GOD I ended up here. Everyone at this shop was so kind, and caring. I ended up having a nail in my tire and they fixed it and didn’t charge me anything. I am so thankful for their kindness, and cannot express my gratitude enough. I got home safe, and with absolutely no worries. Thank you so so so very much for being such amazing people at an awesome shop. 10/10 recommend.

I was in desperate need of brakes. I was driving and heard metal on metal. Been driving knowing my brakes were bad. Walked inside and the gentleman at the counter was fantastic. Came here on a Sunday when it became clear that my tire needed patching. They looked at my car immediately, worked quickly, and charged me nothing. This was several months ago and the tire has given me no problems (knock on wood). The mechanic said, "Just leave us a good review." Here it is — with apologies for the delay.
