They helped me set up the phone, and ran all the necessary checks to make sure it wasn’t messing with my iCloud Apple acc etc.
Really- this was a brilliant experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for their patience and support in getting me set up in the US without haemorrhaging money on roaming costs.

“This Review is WAY Overdue! In Dec. 2023,I brought My Disabled Sister who is a US Navy Vet. to this Store because of a problem with Her Phone.
The Manager referred Us to Tamara. She worked Diligently for at least 35 Mins Troubleshooting My Sister's Phone.After about 10 Mins. My Sister told Her It's Okay, She'll just buy another Phone, but Tamara would Not give Up!!.
She had an Extremely Positive attitude!
The last Step She tried, cleared out My Sister's Phone and got it Running like New.
She was Extremely Kind and Represents Your Company Very Well.!

“I bought my phone, with all of the bells and whistles, from my boy and my girl (just a sign of affection, I'm just a customer, even though they don't treat me like that), and I couldn't believe the price. Sooo happy. I went in to replace my screen protector [I've got very disrespectful friends] .I was in and out of there with a custom screen protector, very reasonably priced, in about 4 minutes. They are awesome!!!”
