I am a 35 year cigar smoker who has bought cigars at almost every store in Connecticut. I am so impressed with how well Mickey Blakes runs their operation. From staff to stock these owners, Lou & Marco, have perfected the cigar buying experience. I became a member and couldn’t be happier. I feel so welcomed by the other members. The manager, Bill is an expert in his field and stocks the store with quality product. I strongly recommend Mickey Blakes Cigar Store & Lounge. 5 stars all the way.

I was there the night Chris Gradilone and company was here. I’ve been a paying member at Mickey Blake’s for the last 8+ years. They were told the lounge is for members only. The last time they were here the owner Marco allowed them in as his guest. They were well aware of the members only policy , most of the party were understanding. It was only a few of them that wouldn’t listen to what the employees were telling them. This is a great establishment , and the best members only lounge in the area. Come in and see for yourself.

Went to Mickey Blake’s Cigars with 9 friends around 9:45pm last night to celebrate a birthday. We’ve been there in the past and had great experiences however last night we were greeted with awkward stares and we were practically being nudged out the door. The older gentleman working behind the desk was rude to most of us. Very unwelcoming. Will never come back.In replying to the owners response. We understood that there was a chance we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the members lounge. It was beyond that. We were greeted with attitudes, zero help of selection of cigars, and were pushed out the door. I also unfortunately have to refute the newest positive review as that is a blatant lie. No members of the lounge were ever involved. We left within minutes of being there after realizing that our last experience was a lucky one so to speak. If the owner of the establishment would like to discuss further, pleaselet me know how to have contact with him.

I am a long time customer and member of Mickey Blake’s. There are a number of coordinated bad reviews posted here from last night, 12/8. The nine individuals who came into the store wanted to use the private lounge which members pay a monthly fee to access. They felt they had a right to free access because they were cordially granted access two weeks prior. When told “no” they became persistent, rude, and aggressive to the point that two members of the club and the store manager felt the need to get involved. These rude and entitled individuals caused the very incident they are complaining about. Their opinions should not be taken to account when considering a visit to a business that is always kind and professional to customers.

Went to Mickey Blake’s Cigars with 9 people around 9:45pm last night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Once we walked in the shop there were no greetings just uncomfortable stares. Immediately we all felt uncomfortable and unwanted. We’ve been there a handful of times with never a problem. It was a woman and an older man working at the time. It’s a shame that they have people who represent their business in that way. Horrible service. Will never come back.

Very odd occurrence last night, my 9 friends and I showed up at 9:45 before they close at 10 and we were only greeted with rude negative energy. The two individuals working there couldn’t be any less welcoming , freindly or professional they were infact the opposite. Thank God the cigar spot right down the street welcomed all of us with open arms. Way to lose business you fools. Done with that place.

Absolutely zero customer service. My friends and I stopped by at 9:40pm on Friday night and were treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff by stopping in for a quick smoke. They wouldn't allow us access to the humidor even though they were still open for another 20 mins! To the old guy who were the hat behind the counter on 12/8/2023, you're an asshole and you should be ashamed of yourself for treating good paying customers the way that you did! Will never be back! thanks for helping my friends and I find a much better cigar spot for all of our future hang outs. Your location is now forever shit and we won't be back! Good riddance.

Excellent and varied selection. Representatives are knowledgeable and willing to let you browse or offer suggestions based on. What you are looking for at the moment: never disappointed. As a cigar lover i travel the state of Connecticut to many cigar shops and lounges Mickey Blake's Milford is by far the best. Selection of cigars is very good. The humidor is user friendly and only locked when the cigar specialist is in the longe are or back stock room . Private lounge is spacious and allows area for viewing games or just socializing or conducting business.public lounge is a good size and has a TV . Customer service top notch from the cigar specialist to all three owners who go out of their way to provide a family like atmosphere . A must stop on your cigar bucket list.
