She also assisted me with purchasing the same sweater in a different color and needless to say I am very pleased. Civia was pleasant and patient. Overall, a wonderful experience and high quality clothing items to boot.”

“While walking into the store I wasnt hopeful for what I would find. But this fine young gentleman (whos name I wasnt able to catch) greeted me with a sample of cologne! This may have been the best damn cologne that has grazed my nostrils… I am very grateful for this gentleman who redirected me to the cologne table where I was able to purchase the “platinum waves” cologne!”

“My friend and I was here yesterday for a shopping visit. They’ve got really good stuff at an unbelievably affordable price. I especially love their T-shirts and jeans. The staffers are very friendly and helpful too. This place is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Great shopping area for all your old navy brands. Great selection of clothing”

“Customer service at Bob's Stores Footwear & Apparel in Milford is wonderful. The staff is courteous and helpful. There is also plenty of off the street parking.The inventory includes a wide variety of work and casual wear as well as a licensed team merchandise. The sneaker department, especially for children has a awesome selection and most items come in multiple sizes.The store is a lot different than it used to be, but it adequately serves the needs of children and teenagers.”

“I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews. But when I walked in the sales person Robin was amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful. I wanted a suit for a wedding. I need big and tall so she measured me and 30 mins later I got a suit that was cheaper than the rental for the wedding. I could not have been more happy with the process. Now the actual suit will be in in about 10 days so my fingers are crossed. But thank you Robin for a great experience. I will be back as long as she is my salesperson.”

“I have had nothing but five star experiences with this company. Others here, have seemed not as fortunate as I. I find the clothing to be unique and of high quality, and fitting to me and my lifestyle. I'm generally not an internet clothing buyer, as to me, clothing is something that has to be felt, tried on etc.. but the photos, sizing measurements offered in the site and ability to enlarge photos for super close ups of the fabric, have all helped me to order with confidence and not be disappointed.. I had a question for customer service, and was greeted with a sincere customer service representative. No fake smiles and pre written script. She was knowledgable and helpful. My question was in regards to a discount I thought I entitled to, and I quickly understood I was not.. but was given the discount anyway! Orders arrived in a timely fashion, and I have yet to have to return a single item. If I were to have to, the return policy seems super generous, with 60 days for return and full refund, 90 days and still get exchange or credit.. I'll continue to be a fan and shop st this business.”
