I’ve for the last ten years been a Loyal customer of, Luv Boutique in Milford.Tonight was the first night I felt extremely uncomfortable during my shopping experience. I walked in on my head AirPods listening in on a conference call. When my call was over I over heard one of the sales associates saying there were more outfits on the other side of the store.Before I could respond another sales associate responded she’s isn’t comprehending and she’s being rude.I suffer from a hearing disability, I also was on a call as I walked into the store. I was embarrassed not only for myself but her for not understanding how to properly use the word comprehend. I will never be returning to this location. I will also be posting this on my Instagram

A couple of the employees attitudes are very disappointing. This is the only place in the area but I still rather go elsewhere.

Heard about the video booths so wanted to check them out.Had a great time with some very sexy people.Definitely recommend to check it out.Also the ladies working the counter were very helpful and willing to help with all our needs.

I used to like shopping here when the staff was polite and professional. Now management has seen fit to hire these immature, unprofessional low life jerks who are unpleasant and Burb, curse and J*** Off with each other behind the counter. Today was my last day shopping there, I couldn't take it anymore, the j*** who was handling my purchase refused to ring me out on the correct price and argued with the other j*** there that He, not she should ring me out.. These infantile assholes need to be supervise properly, they're not on Junior High School anymore, they're in The Real World! Stay clear.of this S***Hole!

I can't say that I have too much to compare it to, but the store I visited was clean and well stocked. I guess my only criticism is that the products seemed to be a little pricey.

I would give one more stars if was not a guy who works on Sunday night. The lady who works with him is very discreet and professional. But he is very unpleasant for someone who works with customer service.I got to the store at 8:03 pm the doors were still opened and was no staff in the front. I took a walk around and went to the movies area when I found he and her cleaning. He informed the place was closed and I wasn't aware, so I said I've paid $10 and he answered " is not my problem".I understand I didn't read the sign by the door but he could have give the same answer in better manners.I went behind him and said that was not a proper way to talk to customers and he start to sing... Dance...acting with sarcasm...speak loud. Very very unpleasant!

There was a person in there that did not act like an adult it was a fat woman acting like my mom that person was wearing a gray shirt and needs to leave the store

Bought 2 toys, about $130. 1 didn’t work as soon as I opened it. The other broke after the first time. Workers not helpful. Hopefully the “warranty” with the companies will hold true and I’ll atleast get a product that works, eventually. If I wanted to wait for shipping I would’ve just ordered it online in the first place. Really annoying and very disappointed.
