Joseph was extremely helpful suggesting various reclining chairs to my wife. He took his time allowing her to try the various features of each. This allowed her to make a very informed choice.

Excellent wxperience shopping in Orange. John was incredibly patient with me as i had a difficult time committing to my purchase It required 3 long visits over time and he was there answering all my questions and giving me numerous alternatives. In the end i purchased the first chair he recommended after i described my needs. Excellent service and salesmanship.

The best experience ever with Maggie in Milford. She was attentive yet not pushy at all. She was knowledgeable and personable and had an incredible memory for details. . I visited 3 times and bought 2 leather recliners which can be delivered amazingly soon.

Not a great initial experience with LA Z Boy Milford due to uncommunicated production delays. Once the issues were identified, the LA Z Boy team worked to correct the problems and provided updated status.

It was fine. However, it's very clearly a Buyer Beware. I was a bit concerned about color & Sales Person's response was it goes with everything. Wish she'd offered me a fabric swatch for me to take home and compare. I still would have come back because I love La-Z-Boy & had spent quite a bit of money there over the years. Unfortunately, discovering something didn't match when it was delivered a week later, is well outside the contract limits for returning. A $2,800 purchase shouldn't be a regret. Caveat Emptor...

Patricia helped me find what I was looking for. Very friendly & knowledgeable & I really feel that with her help I found furniture that I will be happy with. Everything was at the warehouse so I was able to get delivery in a week. Would highly recommend this store!
