The trainers are very good. The operational manager is terrible. He has no clue what he is doing whatsoever. The jacuzzi is down for repairs too many times. The pool company needs to be replaced by a pool company that knows what they are doing. It takes at least 5 minutes for the hot water to come up in several faucets. The PH level in the pool and jacuzzi needs to be checked more than only once a day. Bottomline, a terrible health club!

My experience at LA Fitness was amazing. Thanks to Charlie, he's an awesome person. So if you're ever in the milford, CT area and looking for gym, please go to LA Fitness and ask for charlie. You won't regret it.

Extremely well rounded gym, has everything you can ask for. Kind and helpful staff. Clean. Positive environment. Wide range of quality equipment. Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, punching bags. I’ve never been to a gym that offers as much as LA fitness does.

I have never been to l.A.Fitness in Milford connecticut I call there and spoke to Masis He works the front desk. I was very happy when I ask Him questions.
and he was able to give me good answers. I am going to get a membership there.
