Barely made it home, even though they charged me and said "everything is fine" with my car. I truly doubt any inspection was performed. Although the service staff treated me nicely, they are severely understaffed and overworked. I'm going elsewhere to repair at a loss to avoid this place.

Took my car in for service and had a great experience! Was quick and easy and later got a video letting me know what they did to my car! Overall great and will continue to go there!

I used the service center for a recall and replaced some parts that wore out. They don't play around. Very detailed, they even sent me a video of the general inspection. Great team work there.

I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience at Napoli Kia Milford Service Center. I brought my 2015 Kia Sportage in for service due to an engine issue, and the entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare.I had scheduled my appointment for 09/01/2023, but the service center held onto my car until 09/15/2023 without providing any updates or resolution. It was very difficult for me to get a hold of them during phone calls they placed me on holds and don't even care to call back. To make matters worse, after two weeks of waiting, they informed me that they wouldn't honor the engine-related recall, leaving me with no choice but to pay $212.69 for the diagnostic fee.When I decided to retrieve my vehicle, I had to incur an additional cost of $180.18 for a tow truck. What's even more infuriating is the state in which I received my car. Several essential parts were missing, and it was clear they hadn't put my vehicle back together properly. Spark plugs were removed, and the air intake was missing, completely disrupting the functionality of my car.I trusted Napoli Kia Service Center to take care of my vehicle, and instead, they not only refused to address the recall issue but also returned my car in a completely unacceptable condition. This experience has caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service center to anyone.Here are the pictures taken by me before I sent my car to the dealer with everything intact and how I received with many missing parts. If you are reading this I do not want to do business with you. All I ask is refund what I paid to you and cover up my towing expenses. It has been a horrible experience with Napoli Kia Milford.Update 09/18/2023. The service manager, Rueben, was disrespectful to me. Rather than apologizing for the mistake his dealer made, he started talking with the review that I gave to them. I asked them to refund my money, and he denied it. In the end, he did ask me to bring the car to the dealer, saying he would cover the towing expenses, but it's too late. He did decide to send my part to my address. I have already taken my car to another mechanic to put it back. I called him, and he disrespected me. Rather than listening to me, he started talking back loudly. He is professional at his work with disrespecting customers. Nice, job well done Rueben.

This dealership treats their customers like crap. My daughter n Grandson drive everywhere and these devils will not diagnose her car. It's all about money. Kia is a shit car, they don't protect those who are hardworking individuals there oil leak destroyed her engine and they will not replace it! I am contacting an attorney to make them do the right thing. We will also file a lawsuit against thee service manager who continues to be a goat for Kia! Thank God nothing happened to my daughter or grandson!!

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR CAR REPAIR!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Your car will probably be there for a month before they get to it, or because they continue GUESSING at what car problem is. They don't pick up the phone and don't keep you informed about your vehicle! ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!! WORST place I've EVER been to for repair!

The reason for this review happened when my wife's service engine light came on this morning and the engine was growling. she brought it to our local mechanic who let her know that the engine was misfiring, but that it was warranty work that Kia should handle it. I called Napoli Kia, the dealership where I bought this, and had it serviced at until they started upselling my wife on things shed didn't need, and they are making me wait 10 days to be able to look at it. The car has 40,000 miles 9n well within the limits for the warranty. I know I have 100,000 mile drive train, but I don't intend to have to buy a new car at 100,000.0001 miles. for fear of drive train issues. I have been taught that when there is a problem get it fixed sooner lest a bigger problem will come. I want our cars to last longer than 100,000 miles. Right now my wife drives in fear of getting stuck in the middle of nowhere just trying to get to work for the next 10 days. A big reason I went with Kia this time around was the 'so called' warranty you supposedly stand by. I was told I could bring it in and lose work time in the hope it would get looked at, but no guarantees. I couldn't get a loaner as the person at the service desk told me something about getting a rental, the way it was phrased to me though she made it sound like I would have to pay for it up front. So my guess is that they'll try to pay me with a useless credit for something I don't need or want instead of ensuring I and my family can use the car I paid good money for safely and securely I have lost faith, and will no longer recommend Kia, or the Napoli name.
