Came in with my husband and we needed a suit for a special event. We met Robin. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. She made buying a suit a very pleasant experience. I would give her a million stars if I could. Thank you Robin!!!

This review is long overdue, but even nine months after having gone to this store, I’m still grateful from the service I received from staff, specifically Erick N. I had suddenly lost a family member and travelled to CT to attend the funeral, but I didn’t have the right attire. Even though I was working with a very tight timeline, Erick N was extremely understanding and ensured that my needs were met. It was a difficult time for me and my family and not having to worry about this part of the process made things a bit better during those hectic days. Thanks so much to Erick N and Jos. A. Bank staff as a whole! God Bless!

I was hesitant to go here because of the bad reviews. But when I walked in the sales person Robin was amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful. I wanted a suit for a wedding. I need big and tall so she measured me and 30 mins later I got a suit that was cheaper than the rental for the wedding. I could not have been more happy with the process. Now the actual suit will be in in about 10 days so my fingers are crossed. But thank you Robin for a great experience. I will be back as long as she is my salesperson.

I feel like with retail stores, people only post if they had a bad experience, and that makes the place look like they are only bad. I was a little nervous with the bad reviews here but I had a great experience. Eric was super helpful as I tried on multiple suits and shirts. He helped me pick out some great combos I wouldn't have come up with in my own. Great experience and would return.

Not even worth 1 star from the Milford store. Husband bought sports jacket on Sept 01, 2023 and left for alteration to be picked up today 09/15/2023. After confirming with Damien (sales assoc)on Tuesday the jacket would be ready for pickup on the 15th.Husband went to pick up jacket, and no jacket. Even with his receipt they tried to claim he did not purhase athe jack from that store.They finally agreed to refund the cost, but after much arguing.Terrible experience and will never do business with company again.

Just stood in the store at the front counter to try and get help to order a custom suit. Not a single person asked if I needed help. After waiting 15 minutes I walked out.

Don't waste your time going here! Went to Jos A Bank to get a suit for my son in high school. Salesman/tailor in the back of the store wasn't welcoming, didn't say hello and when I said I needed a suit for my son he said "when do you need it for?" with an attitude. Then he said at least 3 weeks. He then proceeded to say without measuring him we don't have his size. He measures my son to confirm his thought prior to actually measuring him which he says 34 and refers us to H&M or Express. So we go to a department store knowing there is "No tailor" but went to try on the jacket size the Jos A Bank tailor measured and confirmed 34. Well the Jos A Bank tailor flunked measurement school. Jacket was too snug athletic fit, short or regular size. He was a 36 regular. Bought 2 suits and a dress shirt. Jos A Bank had 36 regular, so the rudeness and incompetence lost a sale and a potential long time customer. Will never go back, and will tell everyone I know to stay away. #amateurhour .#josabank

Wonderful experience, Erick was professional and was able to tailor to my needs and fit. I left mens wearhouse very disappointed and was very welcomed here, ended up buying my wedding suit on the spot and canceling my rental at men wearhouse same day! Don't waste your time at Mens Wearhouse, go see Erick at Jos A. And he will take care of you!

I live in cargo shorts and 10 year old t shirts. I hate nice clothing...only thing I hate more is buying clothing. I needed a suit for nephew's wedding. Erick made it fun, easy, and quick. I couldn't expect better service. I would recommend 100%.

My husband and I walked in 6/26 around 6:30pm. There was a woman working with a man up front. And another man working with someone in the back. As we entered we weren’t greeted. I guess that was ok since they were busy. We sat in the back of the store for about 10 mins and no one said anything to us. Not even we will be right with you. We noticed that the gentleman in the back was done with his client and still didn’t acknowledge us. We decided to leave. As we were leaving the woman said, “if you would just give us a couple more minutes.” We figured if we received that the first few minutes we waited then we could have stayed. Don’t acknowledge us now that we are leaving. Simple customer service would have been appreciated.

Suites are decent for the price, but the customer service is poor! Understaffed and the wait for to get measured is long. Spend over 1hr and 25 mins in the store today just to be told the suit we wanted was out of stock. We were told that we were the next customer in line only to be jumped in line by 3-4 other customer who came in after us. We literally wasted time on our day off to try and by a our first suit for my son prom. My suggestion is if it is your son's first suit for a special occasion spend a little more money and go somewhere else for better customer service. What an awful experience.We went to the store on the Boston Post Rd Orange CT.

I live in fairfield CT a town which has a Jos A Bank. I would highly recommend traveling the 20 minutes to the J.O.B. in Milford CT instead of Fairfield. Much better customer service experience.Robyn helped us in Milford and we purchased a few articles of clothing there.

Overall experience was disappointing to say the least. When I first got sized for my rental suit, the computer system was down and had to wait an extensive amount of time for them to get the system up and running to enter my sizing. The suit did arrive on time and was sized somewhat well, but when I put the suit on for wedding day, it was discovered that the left buckle for the suspenders was broken and was pinned in place by a safety pin. Yes, Jos A Bank sent me suspenders with a safety pin in the place of a buckle. It should be noted the buckle was silver and very noticeable against the black suspenders. The photographer instantly noticed the difference without me saying a word. This somewhat minor detail ruined wedding photographs we hoped to take. Unacceptable.When I went to return the suit the computers were again down. I waited for over an hour and they still did not work. I finally asked the manager if I could leave the suit and he could complete the return whenever the computers came back up. He took down my credit card information and assured me I would be issued a small refund. (A nice gesture, but the 25 dollars is not even close to covering the inconvenience caused). Well it’s not been over two weeks and I’ve received no refund.If I could give zero stars I would. I will not be returning anytime soon.
