Frame department.
I am very disappointed that I can never get to talk to someone in framing. They are rarely there!

Just called saved myself a three hour round trip drive. Called a fabric store that sells sewing machines and was quickly told by cutting counter that sorry there is no one here the can answer a question about a sewing machine that they sell. Not even an attempt. Guess I’ll just read online and order on Amazon. First person that answered was pleasant though.

I love this location and generally the staff is very kind and helpful, but the cashier we had tonight made rude commentary about another customer she helped before us and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I told her the commentary wasn't necessary and she got noticably irritated. Maybe do some required sensitivity or professionalism training with your team to make sure everyone has a good experience.
