For what the service tech told me was normal, I found out was not normal. So not only did they not replace the screen water resistance lining around the underside of the screen, they used only double sided tape to secure the phone. They said it was normal and I had no reason at the time of pick up to say no it's not or it is. I'm not knowledgeable in phone repair. The issues now are because the repair was not done properly, when you press the screen in normal use or want to change a widget the screen clicks because it's not secured properly. Since they didn't use the screen lining glue strip it's no longer water resistant. Also since they didn't do the repair properly the screen is slightly coming away from the body of the phone. It's not properly secured. They didn't do the repair as they should have which is remove everything from the rear starting with the back glass then into all the components. It seems like they just ripped out the front screen and when it didn't sit correctly because the initial disassembly wasn't done correctly, they just double sided taped it. Now there are two many issues. I don't recommend. I'm disputing for my money back at this point as well.
