Business manager JOSUE tried to scam my mother out of $3500. Did not explain clearly and tried to confuse her on what is mandatory and what we were electing to purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Beware of this place. I went there in early May, explaining that I needed a car by mid-June for work travel. Was told that my car would arrive "worst case, end of May". After 2.5 weeks and hearing nothing, I emailed the salesman who said he would talk to his sales manager and get me an ETA. After another week, he finally emailed that they were "hoping" for the beginning of June. I then spoke to the sales manager and asked him, "So basically you have no idea when this car is coming?" His response? "Yes, that is more accurate." No communication from the salesman to tell me there was a delay. They had no idea when the vehicle was coming. I spoke to another local Honda dealership and told them what I was looking for. They told me right away that it would be 4-5 months. They are either incompetent or don't tell the truth in Milford. Or possibly both.

Absolutely loved this dealership. Never said this before. Rick Craven is great. Absolutely appreciated his honesty. He never tried to push a car we didn't want, never gave false hope. Unlike some other dealerships. You should go here if you are looking to buy or lease. We went to Manchester Honda as well and there they just brushed us off saying you can do everything online, don't know why they have sales persons in the dealership then, why is his job needed. And I have leased before at Mini Cooper of Hartford and Balise Lexus and had horrible experiences. Balise Lexus actually discriminated and treated us so rude, made me cry. I really had no expectations and we were surprised by how welcoming and nice everyone at the dealership was. We finally leased HRV sport. Not bad car. Hoping fuel economy will be good.

Moved to the area recently and chose this dealership to get some servicing done for my car. When I arrived for an appointment that I made online, service manager was rude, spoke down to my husband and I and didn't answer our questions regarding concerns we had. Will be going to another dealership...

Made an appointment online, walked in and the guy laughed at me and said that online appointments are no good. As I walk out I got an email saying thanks for cancelling my own appointment. Fairfield Honda was willing to take my car even without an appointment. Go there instead.

I just arrived at this Honda to sell my CRV and A sellers person that never said his name just asked my keys and went to the car came back asking my insurance card and I asked what is for? He said that I had to prove the car was mine. It all happen by the parking lot. I told him you are the first one who asked me this (that is my 3rd time trying to sell my car for a good deal). He just looked at me and said NO we are not interested. I decided to write it due to the 3rd time that I am treated like nothing at Honda dealers. At the Honda of Westport I was shouted at because the first question was What is your social? And I said can we seat down first ... and he'll broke lose for him ...They just want your money nothing else. When you there to buy they will bring you in and serve you coffee and etc ... At the same time I was in two TOYOTA dealers and I was treated very well in all occasions. So from today on I SWITCH TO TOYOTA... Honda sellers people have not training at all.Just for money no customer service

I've been getting my cars serviced here for for about 8 years and had nothing but good experiences until today. I brought my 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite that I purchased new. I know every imperfection on my cars and always do a complete inspection before I drive off , I look for possible damage that might occur cause things do happen and it's best to notice them right away and inform the service writer. Well today when my car was ready I did my walk around and noticed there was damage to my rocker panel cover/ side skirts. The damage was was right next to the jack points on the car so what happens is they set the lift arms in place at the jack point but must not have had the car aligned properly with the lift and the taller part of the lift arm hit my rockers and caused the paint to crack and leave dents on the edge of my side skirts. Long story short the owner Steve came out and tried to say that it must of happened from road debris and I said that is not possible to have road debris damaged my side skirts at each jack point and miss the rest of the panel. So they will no longer be doing the service to my cars and I highly recommend that you do a walk around with the service writer before leaving your car at any dealer for service. So basically all Steve kept saying was I have no answer for you. I guess they think everyone was born yesterday and don't know anything about cars when I've been in the Bodyshop business for 15 years. So now it's gonna cost me over $600 to get new side skirts for my van.

I have been getting my oil changes from Honda of Milford for my last few oil changes. I never had any issues until the last one. I always appreciated the cost and service was usually pleasant. My last oil change was on August 13th, 2021. On September 10th, I was driving like usual on local roads. The red oil sign you can see on my dash started to flicker. After waiting for some time and shutting my car off, I started it again and the sign was still. It was my oil. It was leaking as you can see in the picture. I assumed for 2 days as I tried to get my car towed that I may have hit something and busted the oil pan. A professional mechanic informed me that the oil pan was NOT impacted/leaking. However, the oil bolt was stripped and fell off the pan. He informed me the last person that did my oil change (Honda of Milford) stripped it. An individual that also works for Honda informed me that most likely this is correct. After contacting Honda of Milford to inform them of what happened. I spoke to service manager JOE RICCIO. This is where I lost complete respect for this dealership. I don't understand how they can employ such a non-sympathetic individual that has no customer service skillset whatsoever. After telling him the whole story, he said the only thing they can do is "check my car to make sure everything is okay". He was not willing for one second to accept a possibility that someone from his dealership made a mistake. The last thing he said to me on the phone was to call 911 and my lawyer! How despicable. I spoke to a lawyer and Honda corporate twice. The proper complaints were filed. God forbid if this happened to someone while driving on the highway or if it were a much older person, it would be a nightmare. Also, I caught the mistake in time. If the car was running any longer than it was, the engine could have messed up significantly. AVOID this dealership at ALL costs for your service needs!!!

They were good when my ex bought a car from them. I bought my Honda at another dealership. But I was in CT with no a/c. It was in the 90's! It was an in warranty repair. Once I told them I didn't buy my car there the person on the phone wasn't as friendly. :-/ Told me they didn't have an appointment for a/c for over a week. :-/I called another Honda dealer and they had an appointment two days later and fixed my problem and even washed my car.
