I've been searching all the Homegoods for one particular lamp. Haven't found it yet, but I will continue to look. This is a wonderful store.

HomeGoods was one of the worst places during the pandemic times.. They were open, they count the people coming and going being counted at door… great but if you buy a food related item they sell it to you.. but if you want to return it “oh no due to covid 19 we cant take back food related items!! “
The workers shook their shoulder said take it to TJMAXX management to complain..
So it is ok they handle the food related items, they take it out of the box, they put it on shelf, they touch it again at register multiple times when you buy it, put it in a bag… but if you want to return it after buying it.. “no cant take it back”
Because they are spotless and cleanest place.. but we are not!!!
During the virus activities, I recommend NOT TO BUY any food related item at HOMEGOODS anymore..
Now that pandemic situation thankfully over, Home Goods came back to new setup..
If you need something for your house, they probably have it.. enjoy your shopping!!

I was paying at this homegoods and they cashier my change back and my reciept because i didnt want to apply for a homegoods card membership. Nasty customer service.

Always there but today I guess all of the employees were complaining about the job. Also I ask for someone to help me with furniture and the answer was pretty rude. I had to add to this one because today 01.25 this customer service person ? decided to throw the receipt at the counter while I am packing my items she didn't even offer me a bag. Thanks God I bought a hamper and I place my things in it. Very disappointed.

I can't stand this store. The aisles are super narrow, everything is just all over the place and poorly organized...it's hard to figure out where everything is.The whole store just has a claustrophobic feel to it. And the prices are beyond ridiculous for the most part. While I've had some decent interactions with the staff here and there, I've also had some really bad ones.

Rude manager named Allen. Just because it’s the morning doesn’t mean you get to be cranky and rude to me. Him along with another associate talking unnecessarily loud about my situation, we’re you trying to embarrass me or just waste my time? Fix your tones when speaking to customers.

This is a beautiful store. They have a lot of products. You can find good items to give for gifts. The service is good. There's a lot of free parking because it's in a strip mall.
