These guys came recommended by a good friend of mine. I took my car in for an oil change among some other minor repairs. After they changed my oil I started getting a oil pressure default on my dash immediately after. I called them and expressed I’ve never had this happen for the life of me owning the vehicle. 1 week goes by I decide to have these same guys change the oil pressure sensors in an effort to self diagnose because they wouldn’t do it for me. After the sensors were changed it continued to code for low oil pressure. I call them and tell them and they say we don’t know what the problem is. Finally I get frustrated after having the Audi dealership and 2 others look into my issue so I call Sandoval today and his mechanic answers. What a huge break because for weeks they wouldn’t even tell me what oil they used in my car. The mechanic describes my car and knows the oil pressure sensors were changed recently. I ask him what oil did he use and he confidently says 5w-20!! Ion baffled now because that’s clearly the wrong engine oil to use on my car the dealer said 5w-40 full synthetic. I ask why did he use this oil and he says it’s no big deal it’s not going to effect the car at all, however, I’ve had this problem since they changed my oil never prior. I’ve had to take my car in for emergency service to remove/replace the bad oil because it was burning oil fast because they put the wrong engine oil and I had to pay for all kinds of pressure test to be done on my car to confirm any damages done to my engine. Additionally, they changed my rotors and pads and that was 2 weeks ago and those are squeaking and rusting already. Total waste of time and money. To sum it up the owner Mr. Sandoval calls me back and immediately insist the tech mixed up my car but that’s bs he knew right away what car I was referring to. Owner tells me tough shit not his problem and hangs up. Just had them replace my pads and rotors still have squeaking and the rotors are rusting already.

They replaced the alternator and did an oil change on my son's Volvo. When the car was picked up my son told me that the "check engine light" was on. I brought it back and the owner became irrate that I would even ask him about it. He told me to leave the car and he would check it out but there would be a charge. I declined and he then said he would by the car from me at a wholesale price. I agreed and brought the car back the next day. He then said he would only buy the car if I reduced the car's price another $1000 (below wholesale). This guy is very shady. Not an honest businessman.
