We all know Ethan Allen furniture is first rate I think. But what brought me here to post a review is that I bought my Ethan Allen sofa 2 years ago and due to some health issues, spent a LOT of time on said sofa, causing some unusual issues. Kimberly Westfield - my original salesperson - not only listened to my concerns when I reached out to her, but without me asking, came to my home to look at the sofa and did what she could to fix them. Talk about going above and beyond - and then some. I’m thrilled. Five stars for Ethan Allen (Milford location) AND for Kimberly!

So, to be honest - Ethan Allen was not the place I intended to buy furniture. I was passing it on my to another store and decided to stop in and just look. Easily the best thing I could have done! I absolutely love the furniture - comfortable, stylish, durable. It really was beyond my expectations. But the key to it all was my designer - yes you get a designer - Vasilia. When you go here - and I cannot recommend it enough - work with her. She’s brilliant. She can sense what your style is, she works with you and doesn’t for e anything; she is easy going but will definitely steer you in the right direction. Most of all she listens and makes you feel valued. I cannot rave more about her - I can’t wait to buy a house and have her help design the entire thing. This is probably the best store experience I have ever had, and it was her guidance that made me forget what store I was intending to buy from. I have already recommended the store to several of my friends and have been talking about the wonderful, wonderful experience I had. If every store had this kind of personable, knowledgeable and warming experience - we would all be back in the stores. Bravo Ethan Allen, and Bravi Vasilia!!!!

Kimberly Westfield, Designer and Artist at Ethan Allen Furniture in Milford, has been a remarkable inspiration throughout the process of designing our living room and dining room. She quickly honed in on a style that my spouse and I were leaning into, which was steam punk/industrial. Her expertise helped provide us with options – from color schemes to custom-designed furniture – that were magically outside our comfort zone but familiar to us like a beloved sweater. Months later I am still walking around these rooms in awe of the designs, furniture, and layout. I am home. I highly recommend working with Kimberly for your own design needs and watching her magic create the perfect space for you.

The devil is always in the details and apparently she works in the Milford store as well. Alexandra was nice at first, however once she processed my payments, she showed her true colors. I live in Bethesda, Maryland and my mom is in Connecticut. I purchased her a kitchen set, and was shocked when she wanted to order cushions and an extra chair, but this is my mom and I give her what she wants. Well when we paid for the additional items, Alexandra never clarified the timeframe in which the cushions or chair would arrive. My mom calls today, two weeks later, and is told the cushions will arrive in June and the chair in September. When she protests, Alexandra tells her nonchalantly "it is what it is". I called her and she stated she never said this (she was on car speaker phone and my mom's church sister heard the same). I then tell her that had we been informed about the wait, we could have taken out money elsewhere, to which she tells me it's only a month. I am livid because this is not how you treat customers that patronize your business. Advising us after the fact is terrible and grossly unprofessional. I will reach out to management on Monday and demand a full refund and do all in my power to see that Alexandra does not deal with any customers in the future. This is not the way you treat anyone!

I'm over the moon happy with my new Ethan Allen bedroom. My designer Janine Belenardo was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very patient and pleasurable to work with! We used ALL of her suggestions and the room came together perfectly. I've been super happy in the past with my Living Room & Dining Room. This time was even better! Thank You!

Janine researched the product and located it in state for us to see. She made the arrangements for us to see it. After seeing it, we confirmed our purchase. Delivery only took a few days. Janine followed up with us every step of the way. Everything went very smoothly. Janine is detail oriented and we are very pleased with her great service!

We Love Ethan Allen but mostly we love designer Jason Chadbourne. We have come to rely on his good taste and recommendations to help us achieve the warm, comfortable and beautiful rooms we love. He has a sixth sense about his customers and instinctively knows what they are trying to achieve. His advise is invaluable. He has helped us with so many rooms over the years and recommended so many pieces, styles, fabrics and paint solutions that have been magical and accomplished just the results we had in our minds. He has makes a difficult task pleasurable and we will be forever grateful.

We went to every furniture store within 20 miles (twice) looking for the right couch. We finally found it at Ethan Allen! Our sales associate was incredible. She was knowledgeable, helpful in explaining things and providing additional insight without making us feel like every comment was a sales pitch, and honestly took a vested interest in who we were and what we were doing that made our experience working with Ethan Allen feel personal.On the delivery side, our sectional couch came 12 weeks early, which was incredible. The scheduling of delivery was smooth and professional. They even called to reschedule due to snow forecasts and delivered a day early. The actual delivery was pretty much exactly on time in the delivery window they provided. They brought the couch in quickly and efficiently, removed the protective coverings from the moving, and assembled. They repositioned and tweaked the placement as requested and made sure I was happy with it's location before leaving. All told they were probably in my house for less than 15 minutes!Ethan Allen really blew us out of the water with how great our experience was and we will definitely be stopping there first when looking for our next furniture piece!

After loving my cherry Ethan Allen four post bed for 32 years, a recent move gave me the opportunity to upgrade to a king size bed.Ok, yes, it did take months for my Emmett bed to arrive but that’s anywhere you go.I was very pleased with the crew sent to assemble it quickly and expertly, and it is absolutely beautiful!
