excellent customer service, high quality cloths. definitely a bit more expensive than your average clothing store but you get exactly what you pay for. the gentlemen that helped me was mike, and he answered every question i had very well. he helped me find exactly what i needed for an important upcoming event. i forgot my sunglasses and called, and a gentleman named patrick helped me retrieve them. 10/10 will shop again

Dealt with afew of the staff but the store manager ended up assisting us the most. I wish I remembered her name but she made the experience of finding a suit amazing.

Iron free dress shirts falsely advertised. Despite having labels that say iron free, the shirts come out of the dryer wrinkled and require ironing. The sales lady said that there is no such thing as an iron-free shirt. This too is false. I have several wonderful iron-free shirts from Paul Frederick, Brooks Brothers, and other companies. Customer service is horrible. I wanted to buy a Blazer but it was badly wrinkled. There was a steamer plugged in next to the cash register but I was told that it did not work. They then told me that there was one in the back but that no one knew how to use it. Frankly I think they were lying just because it was towards the end of the day and they didn't want to start up the steamer. Avoid the store like the plague.

Wonderful selections of clothing. Fair pricing for the quality they provide. Wide variety from casual, corporate to couch potato sweats suits.

First big and tall experience where I've felt respected by the clothes rather than living to deal with them. Staff was exemplary as well and made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. I'm really excited to go back because their offerings include styles for younger men like me.

Coupon I received in the mail didn’t work. Sales attendant told me it’s not really a coupon, just a mailing letting me know I have other coupons. Got me into the store so I guess it worked.
