Staff was very disrespectful. Was harassed around the store by a customer. Told management and they did nothing about it. Im not familiar about this area but now I definitely dont want to be around here. I was disappointed.

You can tell this location is under new MGMT... It looks full neat and enticing!!!I went to pick up an in-store delivery order and shopped while I was there with my son. Fantastic experience!I'm in retail MGMT and appreciate all aspects of the retail space, I understand completely the difficult balance between pushing freight to the floor, merchandise presentation and the limited payroll balance. Often times theres only one cashier but it went smooth and swift because my time of shopping was perfect lolCashier was personable and efficient..

This place scammed ME!!!! Okay Okay let me just start off, I walked into dollar tree to get myself a butt scratcher and when i went to checkout (this is where it all went to hell), the employee started laughing at me for some reason(maybe because i was wearing my dog costume) and then i barked at them and then they said ehyd you bark at me and then the employee started laughing even more at me so i unleashed my dog mode?? I started biting the employee and ruining them and then they started yelling and pleading stop and then i took a little tinkle and then left... They didnt have to do all of that you know....

Cashier was on her phone the entire time having a full conversation like she was alone in the break room . She did not greet anyone , did not give me a total threw the receipt in the bag and went on to the next.

Went in to get one item to purchase, got in line, next to go, and woman in front orders like 5 balloons, so the cashier goes to blow them up, and meanwhile, 10 more people get in line behind me. No other registers open. There's this other worker dude who is standing in the middle of the store floor playing on his phone, and makes no attempt to offer help or open another register. He then wanders outside to continue playing on his phone... the balloon lady's order was taking so long that I walked out and didn't end up making my purchase. Phone dude has the gall to tell me to have a good day... way too late, I said. He said, "What happened" as I walked by... fool, if you really had to ask that question, you need to wake the hell up and do some work at your job.

This Dollar Tree store is very different from others. People were purchasing things like there was going to be a shortage of everything you can imagine.Customers were stocking up on greeting cards, vases, candy, arts and craft supplies, holiday decor, and even mixing bowls. The store was well stocked and adequately staffed. It was only moderately clean. There were also some very strong odors which made staying in the store for any length of time uncomfortable. It can be difficult to enter the strip where the store is located if there is a lot of traffic on the Post Road.

Decent location, and you've got to love how huge this store is. The only issue I have is that there's usually only one cashier at any given time when I go. I don't know if I just have bad luck or something, but there's always a long line and wait time when I'm there. Aside from that, it's a good store.

Terrible attitude I had to wait 10 mins just to get checked out. Once the employee came over she had a bad attitude didn’t even bother to greet me, she had her ear phones in while checking me out she was rough with my items. She didn’t even talk to until she read my total at the end still attitude after the whole transaction
