I was going to purchase ski apparel and asked one of the sales associate to unlock the fitting room so that I could try the clothes, however, he had said he does not have the key so he had called another sales associate to help, however I waited for 30min and no one showed up. I guess I’m trying to understand how only certain sales associate have access to the fitting room? Never experienced this before in other stores usually all sales associate have a key to the fitting room.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The store is a mess. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. Items with wrong prices, so when you get to the register you get a disappointing surprise. The items that are boxed are either empty from thieves or the thief puts a completely different item in the box they just stole from. Where is their security?? I used to shop here all the time for all my kids sporting goods, but have been deterred as their stock has really gone down hill. Time for some changes in the store!

Shopping with my teenaged daughter. She was responsibly and respectfully trying out a treadmill. Staff member approached and began scolding her (she really was not doing anything wrong) until they spotted me looking at a rack next to her. I understand that they get kids in there messing around with things they shouldn't. This was not the case, and I believe they overacted without observing the entire situation, and in an extreme, aggressive manner. There are ways that you treat customers and fellow humans, and that was not it.

We purchased a tennis racket for my son along with the warranty. The women at the counter said that if anything happens to the racket all we need is to bring it back an they will give us a new one - no questions asked. Well that's so not true. They made us purchase another racket, fill out a form an they will mail us a gift certificate. Employees should be better informed on how the warranty works before telling people false information.

The staff (man) who attend to help me (I ask for help) don’t know where the item was and told me to look at the shelf’s till o find what I was looking for. Also bathrooms are worse then the ones at the mall.

Camden is probably the worst cashier I’ve ever encountered. Terrible attitude even when I didn’t do or say anything upon arriving at the checkout. I stayed at the store for a bit to see how he treated other customers and it was the same thing. This store needs to do something about this.

The associates were very helpful and suggested the right sneakers and also bringing in a variety of sizes. This was the quickest sneaker shopping thus far!

Had a really great experience. An associate named Rob (I believe his last name is Tattoo) was excellent in helping me find the perfect glove for my nephew. He was knowledgeable about Baseball and where the items were throughout the building. He even assisted me in figuring out what the difference between model numbers was. Highly recommended. Thanks Rob.

Amazing manager! The manager prevented a total kid melt down. The shoes my daughter selected had a shoe horn in them with a price of 37.99. When the shoes rang up they rang up at 57.99. I could not spend as much and my daughter was so sad. So the manager gave me the shoes for theexpected price of 37.99. My daughter smiled and I was so happy.. thank you!!!!
