A few months ago I bought a car (Ford Explorer 2014) from Dealertown. We are new in Connecticut, and I had many concerns before buying.
Damien, who received me, knew how to match me with exactly the right vehicle for my needs and at a very fair price.
Throughout the buying process, Damien and his excellent team were attentive to my needs and did everything in their power to meet my requests.
Today, after several months from the purchase, I had a problem with the car and even though it has been a long time since the purchase, Damien and the team received me and took excellent care of me.
Dealertown has proven professionalism, reliability, responsibility and fairness, I highly recommend them.

They’ll sell you a death trap. 4 months into car ownership and the car has severe safety issues that DAMIEN and the “shop” should’ve fixed… but they didn’t. I hope all you scumbags & every other service you offer (GWC Warranty) go bankrupt and get what’s coming to you. Steer clear of these shady scumbags.

Contacted them via email yesterday (they were closed) about seeing a car. Didn't get a reply back today but decided to swing up anyway to check out the car...thank goodness the door was unlocked so I could peek inside: water was pooled on the driver side floor! Needless to say, I won't be purchasing that one!!
