I received a call from Dan Perkins that a warning light had come on and that they’d like me to bring my car in to be checked. I was able to bring it in, have it checked out and brought back the next day for a part install. This dealership is incredible! They are knowledgeable, and accommodating! I love my Forester and am so glad I purchased it from Dan Perkins!

Car had 6 thousand dollars in payments to fix problems since buying the car one year ago. I was given a car fax report stating that the car was reviewed by a mechanic and in pristine condition. I've found out that a majority of my car issues were present before the purchase. I dont know where they made a mistake, but there was an absurd level of incompetence and I feel robbed.

Had a previous appointment where they put a dye in the crankcase to find a leak and also a headlight recall. Went back for an oil change and results of leak detection. They were adamant about not releasing the vehicle because it had a safety recall on headlights ( they hadn’t a clue even though I told them they performed the recall at previous visit). Was told remediation on the oil leak would cost around 5K. Reached out by email with service person about scheduling the work I never hear back after multiple attempts

Dan Perkins is the model of a car dealership for others to follow from the service POV (I have not a bought a car here…yet)
My latest service this past week reflects my previous service experiences with Dan Perkins: fast, comprehensive, professional, friendly, clean. I can’t say I ever look forward to getting my car routinely serviced but with this team it’s a pleasure. The people are wonderful and go out of their way to assist and work with you!

Very friendly and helpful. My salesman Kevin still remembers me from when I bought my crosstrek in 2015. The manager in the garage will make sure you get a ride home while you’re car is being worked on if it’s going to take a long time.

Nice facilities to wait at. However it shouldn’t take over an hour for an oil change if I had an appointment. So lost a star for excessive wait.
