I love how friendly and welcoming your staff is, it always makes me feel at ease when I come in. You have the fastest prescription turnaround time in town.
Thank you for always being so patient with me when I have questions about my medications. I really appreciate your commitment to providing quality care to the community. Your pharmacy is so clean and well-organized, it's a pleasure to shop here. Thank you for being there for me two months in a row for my medication when my primary CVS pharmacy did not order my meds. I am seriously thinking of switching to your pharmacy for all my medications.

No matter what time you go, there is a line at the pharmacy. Whether you go through the drive through or you go inside. I used to go to Rite Aid and when Rite Aid closed. All of my prescriptions were transferred here.
And what should be a 5 minute pick up? Takes me twenty minutes

Beware: Do not use CVS photo printing services. Really, just do not do it. I don't believe it's just this location; I'm sure it's CVS technology as a whole. Simple photo printouts and 20% of them came out damaged. Gave them one more try and tried one of their photo album printing jobs - nothing works. It all is laid out perfectly per the CVS website, but it simply doesn't print that way in the store.
Do yourself a favor, do not go here. Don't give yourself this headache.

Horrible customer service, they have two drive up lanes one for the window and the other a tube in the outside lane pick up. They close that lane without any notice at 6:00pm so car after car pulls up sits there until they get to the microphone wait for the attendant to finish with the window customers then to be told to drive around to the window or go inside.
A cone or light to shut down the lane would be helpful.
The worst were the folks who jumped out of the window lane go to the faster moving lane. Very bad planning.

Cashier at the CVS in Milford Ct on Bridgeport Ave. Has messed up my check out twice ! She lied about using the coupons i presented and told me they would not be accepted because i used too many others !!
I had to call the manager the second tine and have her mistake corrected! She never apologized ! Poor service with this gal named Josie .

THE STORE WAS CLEAN. THE STAFF WAS GREAT WHEN FIRST I CALLED TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD WHAT I NEEDED. OVERALL FANTASTIC.

Waited in line at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes to be rudely dismissed by counter person. Have transferred by prescriptions and am done with CVS.

I went to a store and politely asked an employee if she can scan an item and she did and said “it’s regular price $39.99” and I knew it was an item I seen on sale so I took it to the price checker because I had a gut feeling that she was lying and price came up to $3.99 staff here are very greedy and hide things that are on sale for themselves while on the clock and lie to their customers I do not recommend this location because it’s not the first negative experience I’ve had at this CVS

By far the worst experience with a pharmacy. Noelle the pharmacy manager is rude, unprofessional and should not be dealing with the public. If she represents CVS I suggest everyone go to a different pharmacy. There are many to choose from who will be more than happy to treat you with respect.
