I have been shopping at CVS on Bridgeport Avenue for many years and have always been happy with the customer service. Last week I noticed that the amount of litter in the parking lot, which looked like it was there for awhile, is a real problem. It makes the store look dirty and uncared for. I spoke to the manager last week and I'm hopeful that the parking lot will be cleaned on a regular basis. It's important to be a good neighbor.

I never had a problem with any employee until today. There's a young girl that works in the pharmacy that's VERY rude. I never complain but she has to go . My daughter told me that she's heard others complain about her. The rest of the pharmacy employees are very friendly and nice. If I get her again I'm changing my pharmacy. I've been going to CVS since they opened.

they do NOT answer the Phone! they pick up and hang up. This happened two days in a row. I got through today on hold and laid the phone down forgetting i was on hold an hour later still on hold. I called the front desk and they transferred me back on hold before i hung up another 20 mins. later. the line out the drive way yesterday unbelievable at the window. the line in the store the same. Today i send someone in for me and they said script rejected by ins but failed to say what the script was or who the dr. was. the pharmacy is horrible. the shelves often bare or over the counter needs.

I normally go through the drive-through. I tried to explain to the CVS pharmacy employees that you can't see a sign at all in the beginning of the drive-through, saying which lane is closed, in order to find out which lane is closed do you actually have to drive in that second lane and then find out oh wait, it's closed .my word were not appreciated they just got an attitude with me .They have two lanes. If one of their lanes isn't working, you have to drive up to the 2nd lane to find out so you lose your place in the first line. And their second lane apparently doesn't work a lot there's nothing worse than trying to be in line, and finding out the line isn't really a line because it has a sign on it and says that it's not working. But you don't find that out until you're out of the first line and into the second line .you think that they would put a sign up for people to see before , they actually get in line. So they know where to go these people are goddamn idiots and they are sooo rude and obnoxious.

I have a birth control prescription for endometriosis. For months, I ran into roadblocks getting my medication on time. I would be told that the warehouse had run out, or that my insurance requires my doctor to complete a preauthorization. My prescription was delayed for weeks at a time, causing me to become extremely sick with vomiting and unable to stand up on my period. I checked with my insurance company and was told there is no preauthorization requirement, meaning the pharmacist lied about this. I transferred my prescription to the other CVS in town, which uses the same warehouse, and began to receive my monthly prescription without delays or roadblocks. I was also told there had never been a shortage in the warehouse. This means an employee is lying to patients based on a religious exemption. It's shameful that this is permitted, and I was never even told what was going on so I could receive my medication elsewhere. I have taken birth control for 20 years to control endometriosis. I moved here three years ago from the Bible Belt and never experienced this kind of backward policy there. Shame on Connecticut for allowing this. This CVS harms patients.

Unreliable system, clueless staff. Ordered photos online, no one has any clue where the photos are, telling me maybe their system is down, can't find anything even with an order number. They finally find it later but by then it was too late as I had a flight to catch.

Have a prescription for birth control, and continually ran into additional "authorization" issues at this pharmacy. When I brought my prescription to another CVS, there were NO SUCH hurdles. I suspect to have encountered a religious exemption issue here and want other people who need to have essential medical care provided to be aware they might have trouble here. Use another pharmacy!!!

I went to pick up a prescription this afternoon. There were half a dozen people behind the prescription counter but only one cashier running between the inside counter and the window. Meantime at least two individuals made eye contact with me while I waited in line, and finally came to help when the cashier asked for assistance. What bothered me more than this was the rack of religious books strategically placed in front of the counter, under the sign 'personal growth' or something along those lines. I don't know who their target audience is exactly, but I don't expect to be proselytized to at my local pharmacy. Well done CVS, you have successfully converted me to a Walgreens customer.

Great quick in and out location. Usually one register open. Good selections on makeup but stock sometimes limited in color ranges. Receipts insanely long for no reason. They need to stop printing 4' of paper for one item. Tidy shop. Prices seem to vary between different locations I've noticed. My baby cat is farting in my living room so I cannot concentrate. It's a good store. Omg the smell is killing me. Good holiday items and clothing too. Discounted items should be gone through. Discounted shouldn't mean broken beyond repair. Some items are just garbage being sold for no reason. So that needs to be managed better.
