“I have been a customer at the milford branch for well over 15years. I would strongly recommend the milford branch from my past and current experiences. The milford branch staff along with Joyce whom always greets me with a friendly smile.Whom is one of the branch managers has always done their due dilegence if their is a issue or unresloved issue they will and have handle any concerns or questions in a timely manner. I so appreciate the friendly quick customer service that she and her staff have provided me through out the years and look foward to their help with my future banking endeavors.”

I've been to the location several times this summer. Ms Steer is just not warming, inviting (doesn't ask if she can help you whether you're waiting to be called to her window or at her window. Just stares. Asked me for extra personal information despite me presenting government issues identification, doesn't say thank you when transaction is complete) It the convenience this branch that makes me stop here, but her disposition is one to avoid.”
