I love COSTCO. However, do NOT attempt to go there on a Saturday. It is insanely busy, and the parking lot is a mess! With that said, Costco always has the best snacks and clothing, and I love their wine! Plan to spend $$$ when you come here. They have a lot of good deals on things you didn't know you even needed, LOL! The cashires are always so friendly and nice, even though the lines are outrageous, oh and make sure to stop at the food court on your way out for a yummy snack; the pizza, churro, or soft serve ice cream are my favs!

Love the location but the optical lady is by far the most incompetent, rude person I have ever met within customer service. She was rude to several other customers as well, even yelling at them, I have never seen anything like it. Not sure how she has a job.

I love Costco but not this one. I don't know what it is, but the people/employees were rude. The very tall man at the exit was the worst. I never leave a bad review, but I was so disappointed.

I recently joined the Costco family and started shopping at Costco in Milford, CT. I really love this Costco store and how spacious it is. There isn't a single thing that you won't be able to find and staff is incredibly kind. I really really love the Costco food court at this location. The cheese pizza and chocolate sundae are both incredible. If you're new the the area or still looking for a grocery store, I highly recommend this Costco.

I could really do without the solar panel salesperson harassing every person that walks by. I was stuck in a long line at customer service, so I got a front-row seat to this debacle for about 10 minutes. It also didn't help that he called every guy of color, "Hey, my man," and was singing and making random noises between pitches. Just obnoxious all around.

Went there on an early afternoon Sunday. Big mistake! Place is packed. No where to park. Trucks were parked on the grass! Aisle were crowded and lines were long. But how can you not like Costco. I went there for just two things but ended up with a dozen and spent over $200. Try midweek for a calmer experience.

I recently ordered a Dell Laptop at Costco online because that model wasn't available in the store. Costco online charged me $15 to ship it to the Milford store. There was no option to ship it to my home. Of course, I had to go and pick it up. This is poor business and customer relations. I won't be ordering anything from Costco online in the future.

Costco tire has the best service men at work. They are kind, attentive, and explain everything to you. I had a road hazard with my tire and they handled it quickly and professionally. If you need tires go to Costco! You won't be sorry.. excellent service.

I am very dissatisfied, and disappointed with Costco Online. I ordered a mens cologne and they sent me a women's perfume different brand, which isn't even showed in the website. When I called them to issue a complaint, they blamed UPS. This is a very weird situation. I couldn't return the perfume to the store warehouse, since they did not have the perfume in their system. Loosing my seventy dollars. Overall, this is the first time I've had a problem with buying online from Costco. And to me, that is enough.

Long lines and bad parking. I guess there are fans of this place but for me it's the worst one in the state. I would drive 30 minutes to a different location. It's alway a nightmare trying to park or navigate the area.

If your wondering if the membership is worth it....it is. The deals you find inside far outweigh the cost of the yearly membership. Love coming here to get basically all my needed items. Gas is the cheapest in town. Liquor is cheap yet good quality. And can't hate on the hot dogs and pizza!

Food court has really taken a dump since Covid with no signs of a decent return. I mean the classic hot dog - first list it's self serve sour Kraut years ago - but Miele along with the good spicy mustard and the onions are just a decent memory. Salads - gone. My beloved Pretzel - gone. If I could just turn back time for a final meal - I could appreciate it once more.

Customer service/ renewals and membership staff here were down right rude, and soooo slow. The women I had to deal with, proceeded to carry on conversations with the rest of the staff while ignoring the customers in front of her, therefor making me and the rest of the customers have to go through the card information process 3 times by repeating ourselves until she paid attention long enough to put it in the computer. Had she done her job and taken the information the first time the lines would not be as long as they always are. She walked away from the register several times to move the fan, complain about the sticky floor with her coworker in the returns section, etc. She then proceeded to yell over my head at a cashier on the floor about her leaving her sweater there the night before! Give me a break!! YOU'RE ENTIRE JOB IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I stood in that line for a half hour and then had to stand in front her for another 20 minutes to complete one membership. She also walked away in the middle of the transaction to get a cart for the returns leaving me there wondering what the heck was going on. For all I knew she was going on her lunch break. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
