“One of the few touchless car washes in the area that I used to hit all the time. Lately, the pressure seems to be lower or maybe they are using a different soap. My car only comes out maybe 80% clean. My wheels never come clean and the car wash has actually been leaving dirt behind on my car. Maybe the equipment needs to be serviced.”
“I was recently at the 1387 New Haven Ave Rite aid store in Milford. I would like to apologize to the manager of the store. I was attempting to give a 5 star rating at the cash register and it only took 2 stars and the screen then locked. I am very sorry for the 2 star rating. From the cashiers that greet you when you walk into the store, the ability to help find products. The pharmacy and the staff that is so supportive, and willing to answer questions. I have never had a bad experience and I’m just so sorry that the transaction of 2 stars came out instead of 5. Please accept my apology.”

“I visited Walgreens photo department to make a poster and was assisted by the store's manager who was helpful in guiding me through their system. I later was contacted by Lisa, a store employee, to tell me that they were out of poster paper and were working on getting it soon. To my surprise, they got the paper within a day and finished the poster which turned out great. I appreciated how accommodating and pleasant both Lisa and the manager, Abraham were to me.”
