I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve Favre at the Toyota dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of his service. Steve is an exceptional salesperson who truly prioritizes the needs of his customers. He was always accommodating with my schedule, attentive to my specific needs, and consistently professional throughout the entire process. Unlike many others, Steve never made any false statements or tried to push unnecessary add-ons, which made me trust him completely. His integrity and professionalism are second to none. I definitely recommend Steve to all my family and friends—he's the best in the business!

The service department was great over the years. You were treated with attention and concern. However things have changed ever since the expansion. Now it's 3hours+ just for a tire rotation and oil change. Last visit was even worse. Used to get a free car wash, not this time. Looked at my tires and the dirt around the wheel lugs was undisturbed. So not sure the tires were actually rotated. Not sure what else was not done. Staff was dismissive. I'm sure they don't care, but I won't be going bad. Too bad.

We just purchased a brand new RAV4 and our salesman QUINCY RIVERA was a pleasure to deal with. He met us at the door and was polite, informative, and very knowledgeable. He was more than patient when it was time to update us to the new World of technology. Quincy called, and texted us, keeping us informed on the process of buying a new vehicle. It was a pleasure working with and doing business with him.

Today was my 5th time buying a car in this dealership and as always that was the best time for me because Junior Farias and Denio were helpful, kind and professional. Because of them I decided to buy a car from them and I will definitely come back to purchase another one.

What an amazing experience, Sal the sales man truly took care of us. He went above and beyond to take care of me and my families needs, as well as my pockets?. You can tell he knows what he’s talking about and cares about providing the best experience to the customer. I’ll definitely be recommending this place and especially Sal to all friends and family that are in need of a car. 11/10 overall!

Great customer service. Roger Batista and his manager Daniel were excellent. If you're in a rush, be prepared to spend some time in the dealership. It is time-consuming, BUT they are working hard to make the best deal. It took several hours, but in the end, I was satisfied with the results.

Horrible experiences. My wife’s brand new Highlander, purchased this year at Colonial, was broken into in a Hartford hotel parking lot, tires removed etc. She and I separately, repeatedly called Colonial Service for an ok for us to tow to Colonial and have it serviced, as its wheel hubs were on the asphalt, making this a “specialty” tow.
We found a specialist tow company, had car towed from north of Hartford — never having gotten through to a real person at Colonial Service in the many hours during the business day that it took. After that inauspicious beginning, it got worse.
Since authorizing service in person, we’ve been unable to get through by phone to a service desk person or to get anyone to respond to a voice mail. After over a week, we finally drove 30 minutes to the dealership to speak in person.
Kaitlyn Nolan, assistant sales manager, deflected all questions about the lack of response
1. They receive “thousands” of calls a day.
2. The phone rings only a few times and goes to voicemail. Impossible to pick up the calls in time.
3. And “I don’t know where the vm goes”. Btw I had left a detailed message, with name and phone number.
4. If we dialed a specific person’s extension, Jessica in this case, (we hadn’t) and left a message on her dedicated vm, well, she was on vacation and no one else can open the vm.
The bigger issue seems to be that if we don’t get through to , in this case Jessica, or remember her name, no one else will call us back. Or pick up the phone.
She offered nothing but snarky excuses and seemed to look for reasons it was our fault no one responded to our call. Btw while we were there (mid afternoon on a Saturday), we saw staff apparently playing with their personal phones. No one seemed very busy at all.
We had used Google reviews before initially choosing to use Colonial over two other dealerships with lower ratings, one only a single town away from us. . The sales experience fortunately was better than the Service experience.

I contacted Ronell Hanks about this particular model in this particular color. It was listed as in transit. I asked him if I could come by and sit in a similar model to make sure it felt right. I love the Toyota brand. This is my third one but the first one I had to purchase on my own since my husband passed. Ronell and Eric made the process painless taking the stress right out of the equation. They offered me a fair price for my trade in. When the car came in, Ronell helped me set up my car with the Toyota app, installed the mats I ordered himself and showed me some other features that I didn’t have in my old car. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
