I had an excellent experience with Collegian Movers and I would like to thank Chris and Clemente for the great job that they did! These guys worked really hard and got our move done in a reasonable amount of time. They were pleasant and helpful in all areas, including moving some items around our house. They took great care not to damage items as well. I worked with George to plan the move and he was also helpful and informative. If I or a friend have to move anytime soon, this is the company I will recommend. Thanks!

It is difficult to adequately articulate my disappointment and frustration with Collegian Movers, but I feel compelled to warn others about the experience. I'll briefly mention a lack of transparency regarding charges: despite our move occurring at a very short distance (between neighboring buildings in an apartment complex), half of the booked four hours were billed as 'travel time.' Though this alone might have been overlooked, the movers assigned to us were woefully inefficient. Instead of diligently moving our belongings, they seemed more interested in dragging their feet and wasting time. As a result, my partner and I were left to frantically move over thirty boxes of books ourselves, scrambling to complete the job that we had paid Collegian to do. To add insult to injury, when we reached out to customer service to address our grievances, we were met with dismissiveness and blame-shifting. Worst there, Collegian's representative had the audacity to suggest that we ought to have reprimanded the movers for their lack of efficiency (rather than acknowledging their own culpability for maintaining a standard of quality for the work of their employees). As a result of these experiences, I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Collegian to proceed with extreme caution. From deceptive pricing practices to incompetent movers to substandard customer service, they have proven themselves to be at best unreliable. Save yourself the headache and seek out a reputable moving company that values integrity and professionalism.

Movers are reckless damaging a lot of things use them Use them 5 other times very disappointed. Also damaged tile in home. Terrible experience couldn't believe it expected better.

I have nothing but great things to say about Collegian movers. From the initial call to the end of my move , everything was handled with professionalism. Warren and Mike were excellent and went above and beyond to make the move easy and efficient. I appreciated them being friendly and professional. I found the cost reasonable and would highly recommend Collegian!

This company was easy to work with and I had a confusing move with leaving 1 location and moving to 2 locations. The price was fair but I fid have extras that I didn’t budget for. The moving crew was good. Friendly and efficient but a few items were scratched- a few walls were scuffed and dishes broken. The move out was a very hot and humid day. The company’s truck door was broken and caused a little worry and it was still broken and an issue a week later when things were delivered to ******** But overall I would recommend this company! I would definitely do a few things differently next time.
