I love this ShopRite! We live in 20 minutes away and drive here for our bi-weekly food shopping! That is for a few reasons: it's always clean, fully stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful! They always have lots of registers open and parking is never an issue! It's also a plus that there a large liquor store in the same shopping center, besides other stores so it's very convenient!

Went here to pick up a few things last week. Saw the sign for sodas on sale for 4 for $8 but 4 for $5 with a digital coupon. Downloaded the coupon and went to check out only for them to ring out for $8. I asked for help at the self checkout and was told I needed to spend an additional $10 to get the coupon. This is clearly not what the sign said. I contacted customer service to get no response and won't be back. Will be shopping at Stop and Shop down the street in the future.

Very bright and spacious. Prices seem a bit high. Produce is generally pretty decent.

My experience today January 2023 was horrible again this is the third time. I shop online for my seniors all the time. Here I experience that they took my credit card pay someone else food bill for over two hundred and some change. They didn't even call me to tell me they had did this... I saw it on my online bank account... The one woman there I must say Ingrid was very nice trying to get it resolved. But in doing so it was not resolve which has very much inconvenience me as a customer. No one offer anything to hold the person accountable for their mistake. I wouldn't have said anything if the person was held accountable and some type of compensation was offered nothing again I say nothing. My bills will be bouncing because they want to charge someone else groceries to my card. No one said we can offer you groceries free for your troubles. I have to wait for 5 or more days for any type of reimbursement to my card.... Three times this happened to me.... Help!!!! I need answers

The only grocery store I will go to. Always clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Great prices and always a breeze! I never experience long lines, what I appreciate the most is that there are always a great amount of cashiers on and they are some of the sweetest people. In a world where technology is taking over our shopping experiences, I thoroughly enjoy seeing friendly faces and interacting with their kind staff. It's the little things in life after all!

I randomly stopped by ShopRite to get some salad and milk for the week. I was absolutely surprised by the inside! This was the cleanest and most updated ShopRite that I've ever been to. Bright lights, wide area to move around, clean, and easy to follow aisles all made this experience better that I was expecting. This ShopRite kind of reminded me of Fairway mixed with Whole Foods. Just open, clean, and modern. There was a large area of freshly prepared food (sandwiches, soup, etc) which is great for a quick lunch. Overall, this was a great grocery store to shop at. I definitely prefer this location to the Stamford ones.

The best ShopRite in Connecticut. My expectations are understandably low for a ShopRite but this location is new and clean, with bright wide open aisles. I was able to get what I need and out in under 10 minutes.

Ant the bagger can stop slamming peoples groceries around! Seriously don't work there if you don't want to do your job! I don't care if you don't like your job you are there getting paid. Retire or pray to Jesus for a better attitude.

Came in late Friday looking for a cake. They were still able to help me out with a custom cake for Sunday pick up. Ordered their specialty cake & asked if they can make it scream Italian. This cake was amazing & had so much love put into it. The staff was super sweet & helpful! Definitely my new spot to buy cakes! Only in their Milford location will you find this great quality cake work and fun creativity from their bakers! Super happy! Thank you!

Milford's Garafalo family owns and operates this Shop Rite supermarket along with four other shops in the area. The store always has plenty of staff working the floors filling orders, stacking shelves, cutting meats, stacking produce, cleaning floors and at the check out registers. This is the one thing that is important, you don't have to wander around seeking out stuff to fulfill your list, there is always someone you can ask and they will bring you to the isle or will direct you where to look. Of course my favorite staff is Dave the seafood guy who always has a big smile and knows most customers by name. Again, Shop Rite feels like a real hometown shop and even supports many small businesses in the area including Glendale Farms who supplies most of their seasonal flowers and the Sunflower Farm who supplies soaps. There are other items and businesses there as well. They also have a nice selection of organic produce and a good selection of healthy products. The store is pretty large so they have a good inventory of products (except paper goods these days). Their fresh stuff is good quality with prices that are reasonable which is a good reason to shop here as well. We have plenty (7) of supermarkets located in Milford so the competition between them is stiff. My only complaint is that they get a good amount of produce from outside of USA so you have to be careful if you want to buy American. On the flip side of this complaint is that they usually have most produce year round.

A great store. The produce section is always fresh, varied with some good deals. Dave in seafood is the best, he runs a tight ship. Definitely prefer this store to the other grocery stores in Milford

Bad experience after bad experience. Today, our Shoprite From Home store pick-up order was 2 hours late. We did not receive a phone call, text, or email notifying us that our order was delayed. We showed up at the pick-up on time and someone came out and told us that all of the orders were delayed and that they hadn't even started shopping for our order, and that it would be at least another hour. The order was placed online, why would they not notify us somehow to not waste our time??? An hour later, I received a link with the substitutes for our order, but so many basic items were "out of stock". Carrots, potatoes, blueberries??? Very unlikely that basic produce like that is out of stock. I called the store to complain, and the employee said she would try to find the "out of stock" items, and that it should be ready in another half hour, and that she would call when the order is ready. A half hour later, still no call. Eventually we went to the store and notified them that we were there, and waited for another half hour. Almost all of the "out of stock" items were included with our order, meaning the shopper was just lazy and didn't bother looking for substitutions for our items. This is not the first time this particular issue has happened with this location. In the end, we lost 2 hours and had to order dinner out since the order was so late that we counldn't cook. No discount, no apologies, nothing. Very disappointing and poor customer service.

Grocery shopping is such a chore right now. I have been a customer of this store for many years and I am very disappointed with the increase in prices and nothing is on sale. I realize more people are eating at home and the demand is greater but this is not the time to raise prices to the extreme. A lot of people are out of work and are struggling to put food on the table.
