I stopped by to look at a few used cars. The staff was very friendly! Made you feel at home offered me a water n had candy on desks for potential buyers. I got a great deal. Was in and out very quickly. Staff was knowledgeable on everything I asked. More than helpful, not pushy. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Highly recommend Chips. I will definitely shop here again. I love my car

I am extremely disappointed in Chips auto Sales dealership. I recently bought a car in full cash, on Wednesday. I picked up the car on Thursday and the very next day it left me stranded on the highway. The car completely shut down . I had to tow it back to the dealership where one of the workers said that he will talk to the owner to see what can be done. He did not let me leave the car and had to take it home. Brought it in again on Monday, (as instructed) and Chips does not want to help me in any way. I am distraught with this purchase and disappointment in chips for selling such an awful car. I had to TOW IT AGAIN. The car does not turn on. Check engine light on. Never have i experienced this before. Please reconsider before doing business here.

We had a great experience We arrived at the dealership, and unfortunately, they were closed. Chip happened to still be there noticed we were outside gave us the keys go look at the car anyway. Went back on Monday dealt with Sunan Who made it a really great experience? They gave us a really great price on the car no pressure, everything went smoothly. We We're looking for a reliable first call for our daughter and she couldn't be happier.

Really bad experience, bought a car and the next day it broke down. The dealer does not want to help in any way. Please go buy your car somewhere else.

I recently bought a vehicle from Chip's, paid in cash but I bearly made it home before check engine light came on. I understand sold as is with the bill of sale that it cleared CT emissions testing recently. So far I replaced 4 coils & replaced wrong sparkplugs,headlights bulbs that are inop.
Wires taped.

I've always heard good things about Chips Auto Sales. When I saw a car online I stopped by and left owning a new (used) car. The price was fair, the buying process and financing easy. I purchased a vehicle from Chips last week and the finish on the vehicle was absolutely beautiful and excellent. However after spray rinsing the vehicle only once, dozens of big deep scratches and hidden rock chips suddenly appeared all over the vehicle. It's obvious that the actual condition of the vehicle has intentionally disgusted with detailing tricks and the actual value was misrepresented to the degree of several thousand dollars in anticipated paint correction repairs. Although the purchase terms were "As Is" I have buyers remorse about this dealership for this cheesy sub-professionalism. This really yucked the yummy of what I initially thought was a fair deal. SUNAN the sales guy has yet to return my call on this matter.

CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BOB ABOUT A JEEP, TOLD ME EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. DROVE DOWN THEIR AND MET WITH BOB IN PERSON AND FURTHER DISCUSED THE VEHICLE. WENT FOR A TEST RIDE. IT WAS EVEYTHING HE SAID IT WAS. SAT DOWN, DISCUSED PRICE AND PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. IT WAS A SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION. VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERANCE.
