This is a 5-star review for Tykia G., what a great employee! My spouse and I had to update the records of our bank accounts, and she was super helpful, friendly, professional and polite. Chase should always promote positive and helpful people like that. Highly recommend!

Wednesday morning drivethru lady is the WORST!!!! Her attitude is horrible, her voice is horrible, she should be fired!!! Also dealing with her and her B.S. made me late to my doctor's appointment!! Chase bank is the worst and so is their drive thru lady and her attitude. Ill never do banking there and i strongly advise others not to or to reconsider...with all the bad and evil and greed in this world. Who needs anything like this jackass to contribute more , hope she gets fired

I've been dealing with this branch for years and have always been treated with respect. The staff are absolutely great, always ready to help and share a smile. I would love to single one staff member out but can't decide which one as they are all number one in my book. Paula, Karen, Ramone, Dwight and so on, thanks for making my banking experience more like visiting friends.

Not the best service but ok in terms of having a local bank for over the counter transactions.some tellers are friendly though but don't expect any help for follow up with back office etc.You will be disappointed.

Terrible service. Woman act like she didnt want to help ,come to find out it wasn't an act she didnt want to help, check was draw on chase bank ,so i figure i wouldn't have a problem but I did there was some kind of under current i beleive,since when banks dont cash checks draw from their own bank. The worst service I experienced in a long time dont know her name it was about 4pm

I've never had an issue with this branch as a member for 7 years. Great customer services: Paula is an awesome person as well as the rest of the staff, tellers and bankers! ATMs (front and back of bank) are accessible 24/7 for depositing checks and withdrawing money. I've always had questions answered immediately in the branch if I didn't want to call the standard 800 number. Chase online banking is a breeze for paying cards, sending money (with Chase QuickPay), or depositing checks.

Apparently a high credit score doesn't get you approved for even the smallest of loans. And this is not the first time I've been turned down for very easy requests, and yet they had the nerve to tel me I should apply for one of two premium credit cards they offer (I already have two with other institutions). Very disappointing experience, I'll take my business elsewhere.

My first experience with this bank was not so great. The woman behind the counter was very disrespectful to her co workers and it was evident that she didn't want to be there. However, I came back 2 weeks later in a bit of a bind. I have lost my debit card and it was Friday at 5:00. Michael quickly got me another one printed, followed up with a great hug and sent me on my way. Thank you guys for saving the weekend!

I opened an account at this branch location specifically because of the friendly tellers, representatives (Ramon Jones) and Branch Manager (Christine Mendes). I am consistently able to make super easy and quick transactions whether online, through an ATM or on my iphone app. I could not be happier with this bank and recommend it to anyone in the market for a new account.
