Oscar and Chuck are fantastic! I decided to treat my car to new windshield wipers. I'm tired of giving my money to Walmart and buying online products that are less than what they seem. I went in the shop a little wary since I am definitely not a car person; would they see that and not treat me with respect? That couldn't be farther from the truth! These are customer service pros - they saw someone who needed help, and provided it courteously and with great humor. Bonus points for Oscar installing the wipers for me and making sure that they worked properly before he returned to the store. I will a repeat customer until I stop driving!

I got exited when I saw an auto parts near my house but unfortunately they have secretary hours they open after I leave to work and close before I get out and close on Sundays! Really???
