Even though I don't plan on being hit again or getting into any car accidents, well none of us really do... but if it happened I would take my car to Carl Massafra's Auto body. Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!! I highly recommend Carl Massafra's Auto Body for all of your auto body needs!!!

Excellent job on fixing my minivan after being rear-ended on 95. They even touched up some scratches while it was there. I appreciate the communication,the excellent work and the speed inwhich it was done. They also did some welding on my Jeep when a local mechanic said it was impossible to fix. Fantastic communication, excellent customer service, and car was in great shape once returned. John was beyond helpful. My own car insurance kept dropping the ball with communication but John called and gave me helpful updates and was extremely supportive. I cannot say enough nice things about Carl and his work. Carl was a recommendation from a mechanic friend, told me Carl Massafra's Auto Body was the best in the state and it's true. I got into an accident with my brand new (40 day old) car, hit from behind and the back end was smashed in. Carl and his team took care of everything. They helped me with the rental car, with the other person's insurance company, and were so great. They had the car for a week and it was completely worth the wait, my car doesn't have a single scratch on it. The color matches perfect and it's not a typical color - Mazda CX5 Carbon...yes my baby is beautiful and Carl made sure that I was completely happy. They do body work for all types of cars, I saw some beautiful and I mean beautiful classic cars that he had worked on. So if you have an old car to restore, or need a great auto body shop Carl Massafra is the place to go. They won't steer you wrong or overcharge you. I was shocked when I saw the reasonable amount, I expected over 5k and it was under. They really are the best in the state of CT! Probably the North East!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Carl! He saw me the day I called for help and was wayyy cheaper than anywhere else! He was super down to earth and a no BS kinda guy! Immediately trusted him! I will never go anywhere else and will refer ALL my friends and family here! If you need ANY type of body work at all, go see Carl!!!
