Nice location to bowl with a bunch of people! Our group was at least 20 plus, and staff was really helpful and organized us. Groupon offer makes it a very reasonable outing for families!

Awesome atmosphere but our lane kept having issues with the bowling ball getting stuck at the bottom or the pins not all being lined up. At one point it just froze and we had to have someone come and reset it. Overall a great alley.

Nice place ! It's pretty pricey for basic bowling. Not kid friendly for bowling, if you want bumpers for an individual player, it can not be done. Bumpers have to go up and stay up for all players.

Great evening with friends!!! Accommodating, friendly, good vibe. Only suggestion would have been to spread customers out until the place filled up.Other than that...reasonably priced and they had many light balls for us ladies...and kids...

I love Bowlero places, so fun! Me and my bf meet his friend and his gf every once in a while to go on double date there with them. They have a ton of lanes though so seating can be a little tight we were there at prime time 9-10pm so we couldn't use two benches but it would be nice if they had semicircle seating to make it less crowded but can't have everything perfect.

The place itself looks great in terms of looks, however and unfortunately how pretty a bowling alley looks doesn't mean it's mechanically great, a bowling alley is just more than looks. The bowling lanes are bone dry, absolutely no oil what so ever.It is actually unbelievable how dry the lanes are, me myself I am very lenient on bowling alley's but nothing justifies on how dry the lanes are.I wish I were kidding but you can actually walk on these lanes without slipping what so ever, that's how dry they are in perspective. If you plan to practice for leagues/PBA for god sakes avoid this bowling alley, curving a bowling ball correctly especially in lanes this dry is pretty much close to impossible. This unfortunately is not a REAL bowling alley, for bowling enthusiast I'd find anyone who has extensive knowledge in bowling would be incredibly unpleased. This bowling alley is all show, no actual play.No doubt I'd reckon this place will make massive amount of money no matter what review or what or who anyone posts, but take this as a warning. Also I do not know where to begin in terms of pricing, I do understand how running a business works and I do understand running a bowling alley especially at this scale is expensive but 12$ a game? It's something I'd never heard of in any bowling alley that I have been too, and it would be reasonable if the price was at least 6 or even 7 dollars a game, but my take would be at most 5 dollars a game as were literally almost any bowling alley in Connecticut is priced at.My last take on this place is something that I have speculation about, but I do not know the entire truth about, but I do not think that any employee's that work at this bowling alley actually do not have any knowledge on bowling itself what so ever, I could however be wrong, but it seems on how poorly managed the lanes are and how severely focused this place is on food and drinks, I find it hard to believe anyone who works here actually has extensive knowledge on how bowling alley's work and how they are run.In short, this place is ran like a restaurant and a club, not like a bowling alley.

Staff was super friendly, and very kind/helpful- which was necessary cause we spent two overpriced hours at a lane that was constantly breaking even after being switched to a new one. The arcade was wildly overpriced as well. For a family of four to spend $100+ on two hours at a bowling alley? Meh. Clean and nice atmosphere but it was empty. Not a good sign. Def don’t bother unless you have a Groupon or some deal.

We organized a group event for our students at Bowlero in Milford, CT. I can’t say enough great things about the whole team involved in the success of our event. We sincerely thank you for such a wonderful night!

My party and I always have fun here. Nevertheless, the customer service is lacking. There are a couple of nice individuals. But for the most part, the workers could careless about you. The systems are outdated, e.g., they don't count a pin thats fallen or it doesn't recognize a spare/ strike. Also, they don't have automated bumpers for the children. So if you don't want bumpers but you have children with you, you have to either deal with having them up or manually place them.Furthermore, our bowling balls always get stuck down the lane. Several times on various occasions, we found ourselves having to tell the front desk. One time, we had to report our ball getting stock 6 times. Between telling them and waiting for someone to get the balls, we were our 21 minutes of our 2- hour play-time.
