“Someone broke into my car with a huge rock and broke my window and damaged my door. J & M took great care of me. The gentleman at the front desk helped me to securely patch my window with sticky plastic until I was ready and got the job done for a reasonable price. They also cleaned the inside and outside of my car to top it off. Overall very impressed with the service and would definitely recommend.
UPDATE I STILL LOVE THE PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK BUT PLEASE WATCH WHAT YOU LEAVE IN YOUR CAR THE WORKERS TOOK SNACKS I BROUGHT FOR MY STUDENTS OUT OF MY CAR. ALSO I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE AND MICE DROPPINGS

I recently had some front end damage and a dent on a rear quarter panel to my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the completed work is flawless. “Communication from the shop is superb! I haven't experienced anything like the process they use to keep customers informed. They sent me texts twice a week on specific days in addition to a phone call each week to keep me apprised of the repair status of my vehicle. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was excellent (repaired damage to bumper and lift gate). The speed and efficiency of the process was also excellent. Once my car was ready to pick up, I was able to return my rental vehicle at Caliber. The whole process took 11 minutes. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.”

“Even though I don't plan on being hit again or getting into any car accidents, well none of us really do... but if it happened I would take my car to Carl Massafra's Auto body. Someone hit my car, ripped my bumper, damaged my fender and headlight. I didn't know where to go for repairs, so I asked my amazing mechanic. They referred me to here. That's always a good sign when your business is the reference of people in your industry! Went in. Got an estimate. Straight forward, simple, they are not scammers, nor begging for your business. They are too busy to play around. A few days later I dropped my car off. They didn't take long. They are Caring and have Excellent communication. Picked my car up and it's back to perfection!!! Even though I don't plan on using Auto Body services too often, maybe I'll see what other services they do offer lol. They did my baby right!!!
