Placing the order at the store was quick and easy. Installer came exactly the time given and called on his way over. He was quick installing the blinds. Very happy with my new blinds.I would highly recommend Blinds to Go.

Called to order blinds with similar measurements for a bathroom window.Order received within 2 weeks as promised. Maybe BTG should consider having orders shipped directly to your address instead of having to pick them up at the store? Just a suggestion.

So super easy! Friendly professional staff. We came into the store with a plan and measurements and got exactly what we wanted. Delivery time was barely two weeks and the shades are perfect! Easy installation too!

At the store, Wendy did an outstanding job of designing the simple style and functionality around my taste and price point. Tia was the first contact of my experience at Blinds to Go. Beautiful Person She is. The installer was very good on explaining the usage & care of the blinds. I will recommend Blinds to Go to everyone.

Wendy was wonderful!! 5 stars.The phone calls and texts were very annoying. I told them we were going on vacation and I still got 3 phone calls announcing the blinds were in!!And several texts!

Buyers Beware! Highly disappointed with the lack of respect received by customer service.Poor Product, Poor Quality, Poor Service. I ordered several thousand $$$ worth of wood blinds from Blinds To Go. They look great, but they are falling apart in less than a year. Blinds to Go is not willing to stand behind their product.Based on my experience, I recommend you steer clear of blinds to go.

I ordered several thousand $$$ worth of wood blinds from Blinds To Go. They look great, but they are falling apart in less than a year. Blinds to Go is not willing to stand behind their product. Based on my experience, I recommend you steer clear of blinds to go.
