The first thing that hit you when you walk into this store is the delightful scent and vibrant atmosphere. This branch of Bath & Body Works outlet is located inside the Connecticut Post Mall. My friends and family were impressed with the selection of soaps, fragrances, and candles I bought for them on Mother’s Day.
The layout of this store is beautifully arranged, making it easy to browse through the extensive range of products. The cheerful staffers with their smiles add to the pleasant shopping experience I had during my visit.
Overall, it’s definitely a return visit for me. There’s also a wheelchair accessible entrance ♿ making it easy for everyone to enjoy their shopping visits, especially the differently able

They didnt have the Turquoise waters candle i want so badly. I bought 8 candles, 2 bathroom sprays and got 1 candle free with a coupon they sent me via email. The young lady at the counter was having trouble processing the coupon so she asked another employee who decided to change the terms of the coupon (which stated free item up to $26.50 with purchase) and told me I couldn't use it because it says up to $26.50 and everything was on sale... long story short the manager came and rectified the issue with one swipe of my phone.

I went a few weeks ago, and I had a good experience. I accidentally knocked over a candle though (scary, I know) and the workers responded almost immediately. Very proffesional and made sure I was okay. They cleaned the mess and I apologized near profusely ?. They are talkative aswell, very genial. Whoever it was that helped me with the candle situation, God bless you.

I stopped the 75% off sale and the employee that helped me was AMAZING! I explained what scent notes my niece loves, and she found us a body spray that my niece absolutely loves. The best part was that it was only $4!
