The most scammer bank that we have seen. My brother was told that his application has been approved three times within a month, but finally, this scammer bank rejected his application for no reason. I told my brother to file this matter to the court and make this scammer bank liable for malpractice and negligence. I wish I could give zero star. Avoid this bank as much as you can.=====Update:After contacting this scammer branch and using their FB chat support, I have been more confident to say: THEY ARE 100% SCAMMERS. Avoid this branch.

Marcus and Kevin from this BOA/Merrill location are some of the most friendly and caring employees I’ve dealt with at a bank. They have been so helpful in helping me manage my family’s finances. The tellers are also very friendly! Thanks BOA for having such an awesome staff at this location!!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. My review is about Bank of America Branch at the CT Post Mall. Every time I come here, service is extremely slow and the tellers aren't courteous. I am always polite and as I pull up to the teller, I'm always the first to say "good morning/afternoon, etc" because I believe in being respectful.When I pull into drive-thru, which is the only option available. They make you wait 5 minutes before even saying "I will be right with you". Then after 5 minutes of waiting I'm told "I'll be right with you and I wait another 3 minutes" Then they don't say "Thanks for waiting, I was on a phone call with a customer that took longer than expected or whatever." All this waiting for what? No one is even in the bank? C'mon workers, DO BETTER AND DO YOUR JOB!!I don't like to write bad reviews, but after multiple times coming to the this branch thru the years, I fell I need to leave a negative review.Today, 7/24/21, I came here and they were closed. This branch is listed as being open on Saturdays until 1pm. I arrived at 12:40 for a simple, 2 minute tops deposit, checks only no cash. I notice someone pulling out just as I pulled into the teller lane. In all fairness, I don't know if it was a bank worker or a customer using the ATM. It was a blue suv.Thankfully, This is not my personal bank, I only go here to drop off deposits for my husbands business. I use The Milford Bank for my personal and other business accounts and use People's near Whole Foods as well. Both have 100% better customer service. I will never use BOA.

Teller didn’t double check the pertinent information necessary for a check deposit at the counter to be valid resulting in the check to be returned a few days later. No notifications made to the client. As a result, clients are made to pay for overdraft amounts as a result of insufficient balance on their accounts! This kind of error is totally unacceptable and the bank should take responsibility. Giving clients undue stress because of their mistake should not be tolerated.

I waited in like for almost 20 mins with me being next in line just to deposit a check. The tellers move super slow and not only that but they are handling transactions for people that an accountant should be doing that's why the wait is so long. Not only that but the teller was asking questions as too what the money was being used for not only to me but the man that was in front of me. Very unprofessional and very slow. If your in a rush do not come here.

This bank makes no sense. So i come in for fraud charges and they told me to literally call Bank of America. How is that helping your customers. So I guess it doesn’t matter if I’m actually at Bank of America they should honestly try to assist better

Charged me $8 to cash a check that was written by them. How have we allowed banks to steal money from people we write checks to? Isn't the entire point of their existence to hold our money and give it to who we ask in exchange for making interest on the money we leave with them? How do these thieves get away with this?

Started with a flat tire on the parkway to work. Then Townfair for a new tire. I go to Bank of America and use the atm to get a tip for the tire guy. I then wait 10 minutes in line and ask the teller to break the 20 for two 10's and she won't! Says it's against policy to break bills for non customers. So I stated I never again will be a customer! Bank of America had my mortgage for years.
